I ordered an item that I require urgently to manage a medical condition. I paid much more to buy it from Ergonomist than an equivalent item would cost from another vendor, but I needed next day delivery so the item should be delivered today. However they contacted me after I placed the order to say I won't get it today, in fact they seem unable to tell me anything helpful about when I might get it. I have informed them that I want to cancel my order and get a refund but they have not responded to my message. My first experience of using this company and it's very disappointing indeed.

Update - the item was delivered late which was highly inconvenient and the communication about when I might expect the delivery was poor, it just turned up one day. However I am pleased with it and I’ve been sent a complementary accessory to make up for the inconvenience. Hence revising my score from one star to three stars.

Very happy. Husband got slightly irritable setting it up but it looks very
good and I am very happy with purchase. Price seems very reasonable
compared to other similar options

This chair changed my life, saved me from another chair which caused me
pelvic tilt due to improper lumbar and upper back support. No such problems
with this chair, very ergonomic in its design and how it fits the back
naturally, very comfortable too.

I bought a smart watch from ergonomist.co.uk. It arrived in a timely manner, but when I tried to use it the heart rate monitor didn't work at all and the step counter was so inaccurate as to make it useless. I tried the watch at different points on my wrist and different tightnesses, but it still didn't work. They didn't have an answer for the heart rate monitor not working, but said the step counter only worked when the arm was in certain positions. My previous smart watches have counted my steps whatever the arm position, but in one of my tests, this one only counted 18 out of more than 500. I asked for a refund and although they said I could send it back they didn't give a return label and didn't pay for the postage. My advice is if you want to avoid a lot of time-consuming stress and hassle and don't want to end up out of pocket, don't buy a smart watch from ergonomist.co.uk.

Absolutely perfect to use whilst working! Fits under the desk nicely. Is a
little noisey but no more than you would expect. Really happy with it and
definitely would recommend

Arrived quickly easy to put together great quality

The Sit/Stand Height Adjustable Desk and the Nexa ergonomic chair are both really great. The chair and the desk were both pretty simple to build too. I had an issue with my desk as it was damaged during transit and Ergonomist soon sent me a replacement desk, brilliant service!

Bought for my 85 year old mum, who doesn’t walk enough, especially in the
winter months. She uses it on the low setting, sat in her armchair watching
telly. She can feel a difference in the strength of her leg muscles after a
few days. At approximately 4 kg, it’s light enough for her pick up and move
into position

I’m an older lady and wanted to get fitter. I am walking slowly and will increase the speed as I get better at it. I really love Ergonomist and recommend it.

Took a couple of days to get use to it But now sleeping better and not woke
up with any headaches or neck pain

We are both elderly and find we can't walk as much during the winter
months. My daughter mentioned she had a treadmill so when I saw the advert
for Ergonomist at a very reduced cost I decided to buy it and it's been an
absolute game changer. Only had it a week and use it in our hallway as we
have some balance problems and can steady ourselves on the stair rail if
necessary. We are managing to clock up 3 kilometres distance and lose about
150 calories in about half an hour while using our headphones. A great
piece of equipment which we can slide under our stairs to store. So happy
with it.

My desk is absolutely brilliant. It works beautifully, looks lovely and is exactly as described on the website. I also received it the very next day after ordering. Highly recommended.
