Needed our garage window replacing , it was an old metal framed double glazed unit with surroundings that were well past their best ,and rot in the corners.
Jim did our installation, talked us through the process ,showed us the rot, and removed the old window.
He then , made good and replaced all the surroundings with plastic and composite materials, fitted the the new window. He then sealed the unit inside and out making a wonderful job of it. A first class job , we are well pleased ,and cannot believe all the extra light it has let in .

Had a new conservatory roof fitted with new windows and frames. The guys were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure the final finish was perfect. From the builders to the painter and the electrician I can't thank them enough. 5 stars all the way!

Really human interaction with the firm. First the salesman was polite and considerate, second the office were really good to deal with and lastly the fitter worked hard, was professional and good humoured. The door is great and looks just how we wanted.

We engaged ERG to replace our old windows and install new patio sliding doors onto a new decking area. The ERG team were responsive to our requirements, completed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy. The work was completed in 2022, and I have delayed this review for 2.5 years in case there were any subsequent problems - there have not been, and we are delighted with the work. We have no hesitation in recommending ERG.

Ordered 2 composite doors front & back of home address. Impressed by ERG price and payment options initially so ordered products through them. Very professional fitting of doors and delighted with communication and after sales service. Excellent guarantee so peace of mind for the future. Would certainly recommend them for this type of work.

We live on Skye and had our conservatory rebuilt by ERG Scotland last August (2024) as our old one was leaking and was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. ERG replaced all the windows and doors and put on a fantastic new "Ultraroof". I decided to delay writing a review until after it had endured its first Skye winter and everything the elements could throw at it over the recent months including some severe hurricane force storms. I am thrilled to say the new conservatory has passed its initial test with flying colours. We now have a wonderful room which we can get much more use from throughout the year. Add to that the friendliness and helpfulness of the team that installed it with minimum fuss and exactly when they said they would and I really can't praise and recommend ERG Scotland enough.

We heard great things about ERG, their service, quality and customer care - so having checked around with other companies ERG came out tops! We had a tremendous service from Colin in Sales, David the surveyor and finally the most important part the installation by James, who did an outstanding job in fitting our new windows - absolutely faultless! We highly recommend ERG for their quality and customer service which was outstanding and WOW a 20 year guarantee!

Start of saga signing contract March 2021 Then all the lies started ! Far too much to write here ! But every e mail and promise documented!Hope that nobody gets the chap that fitted set of “Patio Doors” with the whole of 1 side in with 1 screw when minimum of 4 -6 required !Disaster! Hope nobody gets the set of

Lots more could be told ! But the last disaster May 2024 Every e mail and also every photo of proof can be produced if
interested ! Promise of Twenty year Warranty! What a joke !! Hope and pray that what has happened to a 71 year old couple never ever happens again.

This is the second time we have used ERG. Last year we had windows installed and were delighted with the work. This time it was roof line and gutters. Everything was done to a very high standard, both the fittings and the two boys that did the work. The whole look of the house has been transformed, so very happy with everything. Even had a gentleman at the door asking who did the work and would we recommend them. Of course we definitely could. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent customer service from initial sales contact and survey to installation. All the ERG staff we had contact with seemed to understand the needs of the customer which made everything straightforward and a pleasant experience. In particular, Neil, the installer, is commended for his attitude, his quick and efficient completion of the job, his attention to detail and his pleasant and friendly way of dealing with his customers. We felt that he went the extra mile to ensure that he left no mess and even helped to replace blinds that we had taken down. Although still very new, the windows appear to be very good quality and we look forward to many years of trouble free glazing. We would certainly recommend ERG to others.

From the first phone call to request a visit for a quote ,to the final fitting of 3 windows the service was second to none. We were kept informed at all stages, and the installation was smooth and the neat and tidy finish was brilliant. They actually arrived a day earlier than planned.

All windows replaced on our bungalow. Great experience right from first visit through to job completion. Gary was great taking us through the sales requirements and the product/price were great too; Graeme and Paul did the fitting and were faultless. They even saved existing tiles so they didn't need to be replaced after the fitting. All we had to do was rehang the curtains, no other decoration etc. Thank you very much, guys.
