After completing a module or quiz, the site would often redirect to an "oops, not found" page. It was annoying because it meant that I'd have to go back and find the course and find where I left off.

Taking my course training through…

Taking my course training through esafetyfirst was extremely simple. The material was presented in a clear, easy to follow manner. You are not rushed or in a position that is uncomfortable. I love that I could just sit back and do the course on my tablet in the comfort of my own home and at my own leisure!

The course was clear

The course was clear, relevant, and respected my time. Some of the modules contained minor grammar errors but only one module contained a major error; a slide said that the safety protocol for tipping would depend on what type of tipping occurs, but then it described just one protocol, without offering alternatives for different types of tipping.

Over the years this is the most understandable version

I found it very easy to understand compared to what it was before. Easy access and i like how a person can pause to take more time to read through the course to understand it better. I have done WHIMS since it was introduced into the work place and had a very good experience with this course that i have just completed.

If I could give 0 stars for wasting our time I would.

The first day we attempting to have 8 people participate in the course their server crashed… resulted in wasted time and having to redo the course another day.
The second day we successfully completed one course and attempted to do the second course when their server crashed mid test once again.
Once we were able to do the test the third time - it kicked everyone out and marked all as failed.

Not worth your time or effort - yes they have refunded the amount for one of the courses but that doesn’t make up for the lost time or revenue not to mention us paying our employees to sit around while they sorted out their issues on two different occasions.

Hello Lauren,

You are right about the server issues.
We create over 50 monthly groups and over 5000 individual training sessions, none of which have issues. Unfortunately, your groups were made on a server architecture that could not work with our group training sessions due to the limited simultaneous connections to the database. We understood this in your second group session.

After our phone conversation, our developers identified the SQL technical problem and addressed the issue, but we obviously can't turn back time to make things better.

As promised, we refunded the transaction and marked the program as completed.
This is not the kind of service we want to deliver, either.

The 1-star feedback is deserved in this case, and we will do our best to prevent situations like this from arising in the future.
