Item arrived broken. The packaging was completely inadequate and afforded no protection to the fragile contents. It was very difficult to find out how to contact the vendor (no phone contact). I eventually managed to send an email explaining the problem and asking for a replacement to be sent in better packaging. I received no acknowledgement other than a message saying a full refund had been made - not what I wanted! Very disappointed not to have received the item, but at least they gave a no-quibble refund. I doubt that I'll use this vendor again.

There was an issue with the shipment address, but it is already solved.
The company that delivered the goods for eSpares did a poor job. Since we were not home, they threw the goods onto the terrace, which damaged the goods. But: eSpares responded quickly and sent the money we had paid back immediately. Fast and nice service!
It was easy to choose and pay the item.
And the delivery was fast.
Prompt delivery and the breadmaker is now fixed and making bread again.
Pleased with the new wheel though thought the postage cost rather high.
