Exceptional Service

The personal service and attention to detail as a customer was outstanding. I had a lot of questions and these were answered taking into account everything that I wanted and actioned accordingly. Very satisfied customer .

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. Exactly what I wanted shipped all the way from the UK faster than most US stores shipped to me locally. Would definitely buy from them again!

Good service, communication could be better.

Service was very personal and managed expectations from the start of the process.
I would say that espayoequestrian.com could and maybe should have kept us updated as to the latest delivery date, we had to chase on a couple of occasions for updates.
