Sent the wrong Item. After multiple calls and emails over the past 2+ weeks still have not heard back on how to send the items back for a refund. The would not order from this company, customer service is non existent after you make a purchase.

Ordered the hat, came very quick (few days later) in great condition, in a nice box/packaging.
Normally ordering from else where they say like a 3-6week wait, I think mine came within like 4 or 5 days which was super quick considering.

Would order again, very simple to do on the website, options to pay debit or credit card so very simple.

Got free delivery which considering the price of the hat I was thankful for! Other sellers add postage on an already expensive item.

Sizing guide is inaccurate. I ordered the same size I do in nearly every pair of riding pants and the size 44 ordered looked like it was for a child. The material feels great I wish the size was correct. They run very very small.

Needed to chase a delivery but customer services were super helpful and sent it out immediately.

Placed the order at HOYS and was promised delivery on or before 14th December. My item arrived on 13th. I did receive an email to advise of delivery the day before. All arrived as promised so very happy.

Amazing service from Jack and Liz. At very short notice they helped fit a saddle and bridle for our new horse. Despite the dreadful weather (snowing and very cold), they spent time with my daughter after school making sure the saddle fitted her properly and her new horse. The quality of the Bruno Delgrange saddle and bridle is lovely with the saddle providing the right amount of support and comfort for show jumping, especially as she's making the transition from ponies to horses. Amazing service and great quality products including saddle pad, half pad, girth and martingale. Jack and Liz are a great team, they didn't rush us despite the dreadful weather.
