A thorough review of our circumstances in producing our wills.
We had an excellent revie with Aftab Tayub about our circumstances and requirements regarding the creation of our will.
Aftab showed an excellent understanding of our situation and recommended the best type of will to protect our assets for ourselves, our children and other family. He always made sure we understood everything and checked if we had any questions before moving on.
He was very personable and professional throughout.

Mr Stuart Jenkins was very helpful.
Mr Stuart Jenkins was very helpful and put us at ease helping to guide us through what initially seemed a complicated business.
Stuart was very patient and guided us through every detail in a very professional manner making sure that we understood each step of the process as he explained it to us.
He had a very pleasant way about him and did not get agitated when he had to repeat a couple of things to make sure we understood fully the implications of certain actions.

I had a really positive experience with Co-op Legal Services, thanks in particular to Hassan. From the start, he took the time to explain the entire process clearly and professionally, making everything easy to understand.
He was extremely patient and thorough, ensuring I felt comfortable at every stage. I especially appreciated that all fees were explained upfront—there were no hidden costs, which gave me real confidence in moving forward and making informed decisions.
Hassan was also very polite and friendly throughout, guiding me step by step and always making me feel supported. I genuinely felt cared for, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful process.
Overall, I felt confident in the decisions I made thanks to his guidance, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Co-op Legal Services.

The time I spent with the member of Co-op Estate Planning staff (Wai-Hah-li) assigned to help me with the writing of my will was a really enjoyable experience! ‘Harley’, as she introduced herself, was extremely pleasant, a good listener, very good at explaining complex issues, and ideally suited to this kind of work with people. Her personal charm and easy manner, combined with her outstanding grasp of the technicalities of will-writing, made what could have been a difficult process a genuine pleasure to be involved in. We had a FaceTime meeting with Nigel and he took time and care to listen to our requirements before coming up with good more suitable suggestions for our situation. He made us aware of things that we didn’t know about on how to best protect our family inheritance.
