From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and Estecapelli made everything incredibly easy. I'm already thrilled with my results, even though it's only day two.The prices are great, but there’s absolutely no compromise on quality or service. Hilal who did the procedure was amazing and went above and beyond with her team. The after care team were great offering advice but not pushy with their products.

From the moment I landed and was collected on time to the moment I left I was meant to feal like their only client. The clinic is clean and everyone is exited and professional without making one feel like a number. James was and still is there for all explaining and help... practical and emotional! I was very nervous and apprehensive going abroad for a hair transplant but I done about a year of research and I had a good feeling about estecapelli and I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct. My experience was 10/10 and they gave me approximately 6000 grafts within about 8 hours with two technicians working on me simultaneously (Aylin and Ayfer) and their skills and efficiency were incredible. You could feel you was in safe, experienced and knowledgeable hands. I was nervous about the local anesthetic but I soon realised I was massively over thinking it and the translator Rachel was very professional explaining what was happening and using her calming energy to put me at ease. Her English is unbelievable and she's straight talking and honest. I feel like I've not just had an awesome hair transplant but made a new friend aswell. So glad I had it done. Professional service from start to end. Rachel was brilliant answering all my queries straight away via What’s app, the driver Ali in my private car was so polite, Can (“John”) who carefully planted all 4300 of my hairs with his colleague was so reassuring. Staff worked the extra mile and nothing was too much. After care was brilliant too. Hotel was fab. Can’t fault this place. Will come back next year to have my crown downs thank you Este Capelli!

I dealt with James throughout my hair transplant journey and could not be more complimentary. Right from the start, James was professional, friendly, informative. I felt no pressure to ‘get the deal’ from James.

The entire journey procedure was explained in great detail. I knew exactly when my airport pick up would arrive, where to go to meet the driver and where my hotel was. The service from all of the drivers was first class. During the procedure itself, I liked that every step was explained to me before it happened so that I knew exactly what was happening next. Overall, the service from every member of staff I dealt with was first class and I felt very well looked after.

My results really started coming through around the 3.5 month mark and I could not be happier. I have a full crown, strong hairline and everyone that I speak to can’t believe how good it looks. Which is testament to work of the medical team.

My first time in Istanbul, and I used Estecapelli based on a recommendation from a friend. I could not have been more pleasee, they did an AMAZING job on the hair restoration. Rachel was the best! She is an angel, she even held my hand when I was experiencing some adjustment pain with the transplant areas. I would highly recommend, top notch company.

Having contemplated a hair transplant over the last two years and finally coming round to actually booking it or contacted a fair few companies. I had my first hair transplant just over two weeks ago and I can honestly say that I can’t recommend Estecapelli enough. Prior to travelling to the clinic James put my mind at ease and talked me through the process step by step. The information provided prior to travel, whilst at the clinic and post surgery was excellent. The attention to detail throughout has been second to none. James and the team are very professional and my results are amazing. The care during the surgery and post surgery was fantastic. I’m due to go back to have my second hair transplant next summer and I can’t wait for the final results.

I can confidently recommend the clinic and especially the consultant Ali. For me, it was an exceptionally positive experience. I was always thoroughly consulted, helped and my wishes were taken into account before the operations, my questions were answered almost 24/7

I booked them through Qunomedical and they had everything set up seamlessly for me! The process and surgery both went smoothly!

These guys are really the best for a transplant in turkey. It can be a bit daunting as there are so many to choose from and you can hear stories of some unsuccessful experiences at some of these clinics. This clinic, however, has a small number of patients that it treats at any given time and dedicates entire teams to pre, during and post surgery. Based on the quality of the work done by these people, I doubt I’ll need a second transplant, but if I do I will be coming back here. I have been reassured during every step of the process and have been so well looked after.

Excellent service, with great doctors, including comfortable accommodation, with an interpreter who will help and will be giving all the support before, during and after the surgery, I loved it, I highly recommend it 😊😊☺️😍👏🏽

Hi I had a hair transplant with the clinic the staff are great and awesome . The surgery went well great . Compare to my first hair transplant it was very less pain and quick recovery. Good and clear instructions is been given too follow .

We are living in Germany and had our first contact with the clinic ( with Ms Damla ) in December 2023 via WhatsApp Video call. She was very nice and explained everything step by step and clearly to understand.

So we travelled to turkey in January 2024 and it was everything as described - no bad surprises at all. The clinic is very up-to-date, the stuff was very professional but also very kind, so we felt very calm.

After all this time we are still in contact with Ms Damla. In the first weeks, when there was much to do and so much happened fast, we talked daily. Now she still contacts us every now and then and is asking how we are doing and asking for update photos.

The result can be different from patient to patient. We are very happy with our result. The whole growing process went as described and you have to be patient.

Our friend recommended the clinic one year after his hair transplantation and we are happy with our decision ever since.
