Having undergone two previous hair transplant procedures at different clinics and being unhappy with the results, I was understandably very cautious about trying again. By the time I considered a third procedure, my expectations were high and my concerns were real.

I was skeptical on what firm to go with for my hair transplant. I finally went with Este and I am happy I did. From my consultation with Aimiliana which went really well to updating me to what and what needs to be done to the welcoming smile from the ladies at the reception to going to Birmingham for my surgery where I met the amazing Doctor Al-Amin his team and also the amazing after care of Laser regrowth and PRF by amazing and always smiling Mehrnaz. I’m not someone that does reviews but thought I best with Este medical group. I’ve spent probably 2/3 years looking at hair transplant companies and watching people who I know go for them. I’ve wanted somewhere that gives the complete package. Not just somewhere that offers a good transplant but somewhere that offers a fantastic before and after care. Este medical group is that company! There’s absolutely nothing I can fault with this company Gizem and the entire team answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. I had my transplant in Istanbul and the level of service provided was 5* it will be months until I see the final results but I’m
Confident that Este have made sure they will be results that I am more than happy with.

Avoid if you have keloid scars.

Before booking my consultation, I clearly explained that I was looking for full-body laser hair removal, including intimate areas, and that I have some keloid scars. I was explicitly told this would not be a problem and that the treatments I wanted were offered.

Based on this reassurance, I attended the consultation.

During the appointment, I was asked to remove clothing and show various areas of my body. Photos were taken of my back, where I have keloid scars, and these were shared with a colleague for review. Only after this process did they decide that they would not treat me at all.

I was then told that they do not offer intimate laser hair removal and that they would not laser any part of my body due to my keloid scars, supposedly for safety reasons. This was despite me explaining that I have had laser treatments in the past with no adverse reactions.

I even stated that I was willing to proceed at my own risk and to sign documentation accepting full responsibility relating to my keloid scarring. Despite this, I was turned away completely and refused treatment altogether.

If this is their policy, it should have been made clear before taking my booking and putting me through a consultation that involved undressing, photographs, and detailed discussion of my body. Instead, I left feeling that my time had been wasted and, frankly, humiliated.

Refusing to provide treatment is a clinical choice. Inviting someone in under false assurances and then rejecting them after such an invasive consultation is a serious failure of communication and professionalism.

I would strongly advise anyone with keloid scars—or anyone expecting honest, upfront information about what services are actually available—to avoid this place. Transparency and respect were entirely lacking.

Always have a great experience at Este Medical, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your treatment. As soon as you walk into the reception the girls behind the desk are amazing and always attentive and friendly.
The care they give you as soon as you arrive during your visit right up until you leave is exceptional. Amit who attends me on a weekly basis is very attentive also always checking in during visit if I need anything or just generally asking how my day was etc top guy.
I would highly recommend Este medical to anyone going through similar to me. I gave up with my thinning hair as I was told there was nothing they could do for me until I reached out to Este medical and assured me they could solve the issue and I’ve already seen a difference!

Sanisha was absolutely amazing. The hydrofacial I had was incredible and it made me glow immediately. All of my white head spots gone and I left with glowing skin.
