The worst razor I have ever used

The worst razor I have ever used in my life. Literally cut and made my intimate areas bleed so badly and gave me the worst rash ever. Do not waste your money. It also make my friends eczema worse.

Razor blades caused rashes & painful bumps

Razor blades from this company have caused a shaving rash, bumps, extremely dry skin and right skin texture on my legs that I’ve never had before! Tried with this brand for months and I now give up. You feel the blade drag your skin and hairs it’s horrible. Also the holder always falls off the walls

I used to love their razors and been a loyal customer for few years however new blades are awful, as well as time to time my subscribed blades wouldnt arrive so i had to keep an eye on my subscription and contact customer service. Had to cancel the subscription as it didnt get any better and looks a like a lot more people experiencing same thing.

If I could rate 0 I would.... I've been a loyal customer fir a few years. Really lived this razor and the blades but one day they just stopped arriving! I ordered in January and March and they never arrived. After a few chats with their customer service online I had replacements sent out apparently but guess what.....they didn't arrive either. Sice then my emails havn't been responded too. Very dissapointed

Honestly just don't

Honestly just don't. Wish I read all these on here before I was influenced by the 927282929 instagrammers being paid to promote this.
Ordered on 26th June, it's now 7th July and it's not even been dispatched....
Can't get through to anyone on social media as they are not accepting new messages, no one is available on the online chat on the website. I created a 'ticket' with customer service on Thursday morning, response time is 'within 48 hours'. It's not Sunday afternoon and still nothing. I've had to contact them again. I just want a refund.
Don't waste your time and money, so far seems like they put all their effort into sponsorships and not their actual customers.
Here's hoping they actually read some of these reviews....

Love the metal handle but new blades not as good

These used to be great razors - I like having the metal handle (which I’ve never had to replace yet) and I’ve loved having the new razor heads delivered regularly. Unfortunately Estrid have changed their razor blades for apparently a more environmentally friendly type of blade, but in my opinion it’s nowhere as good, with less gel and therefore a less smooth shave. Customer services don’t seem to fully understand my complaint although they have offered to replace what they describe as ‘faulty’ blades so I suspect I’m just going to get the same new blades delivered again! I’ve tried to explain they’re not faulty, just different and not so smooth, but I can’t seem to get this point across! Anyway here’s hoping the next batch are better as I’ve really liked this brand up until now.

Awful quality

Awful quality bladedls.
After having used a popular brand for years I was nervous to try a new brand. They appeared cost effective at first.
They are clunky to handle and the blades feel rough and cheap.
Immediately along my bikini line I got ingrown hairs... you can feel the friction.
The worst part is cancelling is sooo hard so I have drawers of these useless blades ...
Just buy the qualify brands you get what you pay for and these are actually dreadful.. cheap product cheap packaging cheap results

Worst shaving experience of my life

I had high hopes for this razor and when it arrived it looked great. However every time after using it I come out in a severely itchy rash which lasts for days. It also kept cutting my legs and going rusty after one use even though I always leave it to dry thoroughly before putting away (I’ve only ever experienced this with really cheap disposable razors). I appreciate that people react differently to these types of products but what upset me more was that the subscription didn’t end after I cancelled the first time and I ended up paying for another months worth. To start with I assumed I must’ve made an error when I cancelled but after several attempts at querying it I never got a response. I’ve was recently charged again for another set and so they left me with no choice but to cancel through my bank. Honestly I’m so disappointed as the idea of this is great but now Im starting to feel like it’s a scam. I also felt that the quality of the heads was really cheap. Aside from the strange reaction it gave me (and reading other reviews now it seems I’m not alone) the gel on the top is really slimey and leaves your legs feeling really sticky afterwards and it hard to rinse. I won’t buy anything from here again. Terrible experience.

At first I thought this was a good…

At first I thought this was a good product. Definitely looks the part. Using the razor is another matter. Every time I used it I ended up with cuts. I kept changing the blades but each time was the same. Have given up and cancelled. I would not recommend.

A little overhyped - but not bad

A little overhyped. I love how heavy and sturdy it feels. Not a great shave on the legs but perfect for intimate areas. I got mine on offer but wouldn’t pay full price as don’t think I it’s an amazing product.

Wasn’t good for me had an allergic…

Wasn’t good for me had an allergic reaction to whatever is on the blades. Legs covered in a terrible rash which resulted in me going to my doctors to get a prescription to clear it. Very disappointed in the product. Head falls off when trying to shave and it falls off the holder on the wall constantly. ☹️

Great marketing but razor is no good

Great marketing but razor is no good! Caused irritation on my skin- perhaps from ingredients on the gel on razor, gel became gooey and was no use and stubby shave. Only positive is the cute design - do not recommend to buy.

Great in theory, dreadful in reality

Great in theory and I was so excited, I actually came on here as I thought I was losing my mind seeing all the positive reviews and ads online, why doesn’t it work for me? If I shave on a night my legs are stubbly by the morning it just doesn’t get a close shave, and since using it I’ve had the most itchy legs with bumps. I didn’t connect the dots until I have read these reviews and realised it’s the razor! Will be stopping use immediately. Do not recommend ladies, sorry.

ordered razors of the website I never got a tracking order I'm still waiting for them to turn up it's been 2 weeks now .The lady I spoke to said their having trouble with deliveries she did she she has refunded me which i havent got yet I told her I never got a tracking order so am still waiting for them I won't be ordering again from this company

No way of contacting

Find it frustrating not able to contact anyone. I wish they’d email a reminder to say when next delivery of razors will be sent as gives me the chance to move the date. I don’t need anymore razors but now £20 down (I have two subscriptions). Tried contacting two days ago but nothing. Tried the chat function but says no one available and to raise a ticket and will respond within 48 hours. That’s what I’ve done already. Useless. And I agree with others in that I get a rash too! I think I’ll cancel.

Scammers

Razors are brilliant. Customer service is NOT!!
Failed payment emails and random charges and payments when trying to submit reasons/explanations as to why I reduced subscription - ridiculous resolve centre. Done me out of money loads, taken subscription payments with no sign of razors. Then cancelled and was promised money back over a year ago. Still taking payments for NOTHING. Never again and I’d have been a customer for years if it wasn’t for all of this

My issues have spanned between 2023 and 2024
