Turtle is Blocked
Besides the length of time it took to get my plate (+2 months), the turtle was completely blocked by the letters. Such a waste of money. The turtle is not visible.

Scammers
Scammers! I needed a replacement title for a big truck. The charge was $148.00 😳 I paid it because I figured it was for a big truck, and maybe they just cost more. After sending in all of my documentation, I realize that they are not the DMV, AND THIS TITLE COULD BE REPLACED FOR $10 AT THE DMV!!!
So I called Etags to cancel my order, and they told me it was going to be $119 service fee to cancel!!!!!!!
I eventually talk to them down to a $50 service fee to cancel which is also a scamming, highway robbery, con job!!!!
Go to the DMV website to get your titles people! THIS COMPANY IS UNNECESSARY. THEY ARE JUST GREEDY, MIDDLE MEN THAT HAVE NO PLACE THEY PAY THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR YOUR TITLE AS YOU WOULD, AND THEN THEY POCKET THE REST WITH AN ALARMING RATE! Should be criminal, in fact, i’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau to find out if it is criminal.

Worst Title Transfer Experience
This has been one of the worst experiences of my life trying to transfer a title. I've lived in multiple states and have transferred titles with multiple different DMVs and third-party DMV setups. I bought my new car from a private seller over a month ago, and the next day, I applied for the title transfer with eTags. I still have yet to receive my new title, and all I get when I call in is template responses from their customer service with no substance. Meanwhile, I'm paying for insurance for a car I can't drive and am forced to borrow a car.

Do not use this service
Do not use this service! Somehow when I went to the CT dmv website to pay for my registration, it directed me to etags to pay for it. Not sure what happened but my payment got directed to etags. Paid an extra $25 for something that would have been free if I called the dmv directly.

not the cheapest option
not the cheapest option but the delay in appointment time at the local DMV office was extraordinary long. The title arrived the same day the first appointment was avaialble and then I'd have waited another 2 -3 weeks for them to mail it to me.
