A happy repeat customer
I have placed a number of orders from Ethical Apothecary and have always been really pleased with the products and customer service. Quick delivery & Excellent Customer Service
Quick delivery, and excellent customer service. 1 (out of several) items was not available, and an alternative was offered immediately, which given the time I ordered (between Xmas and NY) I thought fantastic! I have used EA before, and highly recommend them to everyone.

So happy to hear you found the website easy to us, we have spent a lot of time trying to make it quick and easy so that's music to our ears thank you. In response to the soap going faster than expected, may I suggest it is always stored in a dry place whilst not in use out of the shower or on a soap dish and not stood in water or near sunlight.

wrong scent sent…

We make every effort to ensure our customers safely receive their orders by using Royal Mail track and signed as a small business Royal Mail is the best service available to us and our customers.
