The sale was delayed after waiting…

The sale was delayed after waiting online in Que for quite some time we were told sale was postponed after waiting.
The next day the que was long even though I got online early. I waited for the tickets for over an hour.
My tickets were not delivered until nearly a week before the event. I did not receive a receipt with explanation of my seats to Keeneland.
Tickets finally came my email after I inquired about them since my credit card was charged weeks ago.
Now my 7 tickets are not together. My friends will be a long way from the party we planned.
I’m planning to apply for refund on three tickets since they are in section A while the other four are in section F. Neither section was my preferred selection when I purchased.
This experience has made me question ever purchasing tickets again
