I have always received excellent support, starting with setup questions. The LUBA 2 5000 performed its tasks better than other well-known brands, especially on narrow streets. I've been using it for just over two years now. Unfortunately, the robot started making a loud, droning noise while mowing, so I had to send it in for repair. According to the technicians, it was beyond repair, and Mamotion promptly sent me a new Luba 2 AWD 5000X free of charge. That's what I call excellent all-around service, which I can wholeheartedly recommend.
