Very good product and post-sales support

I'm a mammotion luba 2 customer from italy since 2 years.

Very happy about the product, very happy about the support for both hardware (1 times) and software issue.
The community is very helpfully with suggestion and the company is open to perform tests and improvements.

Very good support!

I had a problem with the charging station. The live chat helped me right away. We were able to resolve the issue using photos and videos. Everything worked out great, and I would recommend that anyone experiencing technical issues try using the chat feature. Thank you so much for the great support!

High-quality and performance

High-quality, high-performance products. Extremely fast and effective customer service.
I purchased the model with LIDAR technology and am truly satisfied with the ease of tracking the area without perimeter wires or anything else; just the robot.

Agent very good but purchase proof process not user friendly

Agent was available and courteous and helpful.

Having to find and upload proof of purchase, when I am out in the yard troubleshooting, is a bit onerous, especially since I had already provided my name, email address, and device id. Surely this proof of purchase is on file already from when I registered my device.

I have always received excellent support, starting with setup questions. The LUBA 2 5000 performed its tasks better than other well-known brands, especially on narrow streets. I've been using it for just over two years now. Unfortunately, the robot started making a loud, droning noise while mowing, so I had to send it in for repair. According to the technicians, it was beyond repair, and Mamotion promptly sent me a new Luba 2 AWD 5000X free of charge. That's what I call excellent all-around service, which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Outstanding pre-sales support that made my decision easy

I had an excellent experience with Mammotion’s customer support even before powering on the product.
Their team provided a very clear, detailed and honest explanation of the navigation system and the differences between the standard LiDAR + Vision setup and the optional Tri-Fusion Positioning System. That guidance was actually the key factor that helped me choose the right model with confidence.

The communication was friendly, professional and technically knowledgeable, which is something I truly value when investing in advanced equipment like this. It never felt like a sales push — it felt like genuine support focused on helping me make the correct decision for my needs.

Thanks to their explanations and advice, I am absolutely confident that I made the right purchase. The robot has already arrived safely and I’m now just waiting for better weather to start using it.

A big thank you to the Mammotion support team (Sivan) for their patience, clarity and customer-first approach.
