brillaint customer service

I've purchased a few times from morphe and the products have always delivered and proven to be competitive in price. But what has impressed me the most id the customer service they are always polite on the phone and email response time is fab! recently I returned a parcel via Hermes which was lost, morphe refunded me the amount almost instantly without any hassle. Shoutout to Izzy for her wonderful and polite tone.

Terrible

I sent an email nearly a month ago about a item that I didn’t order that came instead of one i did order, still no reply!! My mum even rang them and they said they’d sort it but never did!!

Useless delivery

Useless delivery. The courier couldn’t find the house yesterday and now I’m stood in the street trying to wave any passing van down. I also called Hermes (supposedly who Morphe use) but it turns out they use Radial for delivery so I was cut off by the Hermes customer care number as they don’t deal with Radial deliveries. I then called Morphe and they told me they can only contact their courier with 48 hrs notice. But obviously the problem with delivery happened yesterday. So basically if I can’t flag the courier down somehow, the order will go back to their warehouse. I’ve waited weeks for this order. What a let down.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

I am disgusted that I order myself products from Morphe going back over 4 weeks ago and still awaiting to receive it. I have emailed the company twice regarding my concerns and yet to have a reply.

Finding the customer service very poor.

An email response would be nice

I am just a little disappointed with the lack of customer care at Morphe EU. I love Morphe otherwise but obviously there seems to be a problem with online ordering. I understand the safety issues with the COVID-19 situation, but it's been a almost a month and nothing. I have sent 3 emails and have yet to hear from them. I even tried contacting Bpost to no avail. As per the the comments it seems like quite a few of us are experiencing the same.
UPDATE: Next day I received both packages, but still no email response. All's good and items are intact.

Diabolical service. Do not use them!

Diabolical service. Do not recommend.

I placed an order mid May, order page advised upto a week to receive delivery, I then received an automated email stating processing (JUST PROCESSING) could take upto 20 days, given the current situation I let it be, fair enough. 20 days passed and no update so I emailed to chase it up (for a company that works with such big names I am embarrassed on their behalf that I even had to email). Having not heard back I checked the update on shipping with covid to see it is now only 10 days delay and to email if you’ve not received an update. I placed my order 3 weeks ago! What kind of customer service tells you to chase them up?! Would be grand if they’d actually respond to the bloody emails. Do not order from them, absolute shambles.

Would rate zero if it was an option.

Delivery time on placing order stated up to 4 days. I received an email a few days later advising it could be up to 20 days delivery time which given the current climate I don’t mind (despite every other online provider I use delivering in less than a week). The 20 days has passed. I have been trying to contact Morphe for an update via email and phone (on hold 30 minutes) but it’s impossible to contact them or receive a reply to numerous emails.

I will try to get a refund via my bank and will ensure this is my first and last Morphe order. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered on April 19 th and 38 days later still not arrived.

Ordered make up for a present on April 19th. Still have not received my goods . I understood it would probably take 21 days but now it's 38 days .
Customer service is poor .The first girl I phoned thought items had maybe gone out of stock and an email should have been sent . Second girl told me it was on its way ? . Sent me an email saying it would be shipped on May 21st . Allow 2 working days . Phoned again and girl said because of the holiday it would be an extra day . I have sent numerous emails and they say that the order is on its way? They say feedback is important and ask you to give a positive/Neutral/ Negative response. I have 3 times given Negative.
No response about feedback. I'm running out of patience and will never order from this company again . It's June 1 tomorrow .
I asked customer service if they thought this was acceptable ,and the only answer given was that my order was coming within 48 hours. They dont give you any accurate information . April19 th - June ??
They shouldn't take orders they clearly can't fulfill.

Great!

It was mentioned processing the order would take up to 10 workdays due to Covid19. I have ordered on May 10th, and it was shipped on May 21st. Received it on May 26th. Everything came in perfect condition.
Products are lovely!

Would order again!

Horrible communication from customer service

I understand that processing and shipping orders takes a bit longer due to the Coronavirus. However, my package was shipped over 2 weeks ago. The tracking information says the package has been received by the delivery service but there was no further action. I can't contact Hermes (delivery service) and Morphe didn't answer any of my emails. I had to wait in the telephone cue for over 40 minutes. This was a very disappointing first experience with ordering from their website. 10/10 would NOT recommend for European customers unfortunately :(

initially i was very pissed because my 2 palettes were broken but as soon as i called them the lady was extremely sweet. she didn't have those palettes but she said she will send me refund! so thats really appreciated!!
cant wait to order again best customer service.

Placed an order on the 7th may

Placed an order on the 7th may, after I’d placed the order it came up that to place the order, ship and despatch would take 10 days !!!!

Emailed company to find out what was going on to find out after the second email sent that that order will take 22 days atleast !!!!! This is a uk based company. Even with Covid19 going on I have recieved other orders within a couple of days of placing, you can’t cancel the order once it’s been placed and it’s my daughters birthday soon and the item I placed was a gift for her. Shocking service and to top it off I am now bombarded with offer emails off them trying to intice you to buy more. Why on earth would I buy anything else from you when I’ve not received my first order !!!!!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, I my order got shipped over a month ago and it’s still nowhere to be seen, I’ve sent multiple email and tried calling them and haven’t received any answer. Their automatic reply for delivery enquiries are to contact Hermes directly at the same times and Hermes wants you to contact the retailer. No one is taking any accountability and I think I’ve just lost 50€.

I ordered a palette over a month ago…

I ordered a palette over a month ago and still haven’t received it!! I have emailed Morphe several times and the only response I’ve had is what is your order number so I have given it and had no reply then again I got sent the same email about the order number so I sent it again and still no reply I have basically just wasted £30 and it was a birthday present as well I’m am very upset and disgusted with the lack of customer service and will not be using there service in the future.

Minus 1 star I would give. Well, great products but horrible customer service. To order through the website it's a nightmare.No update on orders. Nobody will contact you back if you have questions, and nobody will answer on the phone, only the robotics system.

Finally my order came!!!!

I think I checked Morphe here before placing my order in March/April. Still waiting. They respond with email with a link to track the order but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I have payed over 100 euros and unfortunately I used my bankcard so I do not know whether I would be able to get my money back. I too bought a palette for my daughter's birthday which is tomorrow :( Never again will I order anything from them. If I get my products with an apology.....and if I like my products.....I might give them two stars. Right now: Don't order from them.
Well, the following day my order came. Looks like I have what I ordered. No apologies but I will give them two stars instead of one since I got my order in the end.
