Morphe X Jaclyn Hill Brush Sets - Ordered during COVID!
I placed my order (during a sale) on 20 April 2020. At the time of placing the order I noted the COVID statement that orders were taking minimum 20 days and accepted that.
On day 19 I sent an email to Morphe just checking the status of my order. I received a timely reply informing me that my order was on its way, a link to the post courier and estimate that my order was due to arrive in two more days.
I’m delighted with the service - my order arrived this morning, a day earlier than expected. Under the current global circumstances I greatly appreciate being able to shop online. Separately, the brush sets I ordered exceed my expectations! I am very happy.

0 stars would be more appropriate. I placed a 101 euro order on 12/4/2020 (EU412524), which was supposedly shipped on 1/5 (who works on 1/5?) but nowhere to be found. That one has got some things meant as a gift to my daughter, and that is the reason I haven't cancelled it yet. Then, as they announced more offers,and naive as I am, on 8/5 I placed another order (EU462237).
Of course, no one responds to emails.
I have paid 160 euros and still waiting.
I wonder if they even exist, or if it is a big scam.
Thank God Paypal does exist. If this goes on, I will ask for a full refund.I am just so sorry my daughter will be disappointed... It's just no good treating people like that.
Update: Just because I do not want people to be mislead. After I posted a review for their american site, I did get everything (by almost June).Morphe also apologised, giving me a discount for a next order due to my trouble, which was nice. Nice gesture, but still... I have changed my rating for their american site, though, as I think they have helped me get my orders.

Morphe Has No Integrity!!
I returned the 3 things out of 6 things they sent after I cancelled my order 81/2 hours after placing it. I cancelled as my husband got laid off. I had to pay $14.95 today. They didn’t even have time to pull the order let alone ship it.
I tried calling them emailing them No response. Morphe decided Hey let’s ship 3 things and make her pay for shipping costs back to us. I don’t think so! My credit card will be informed about this. This company’s morals are in the trash as far as I’m concerned. Thank goodness my credit card issued an investigation against them for there TRICKS. Now I have to call credit card yet again. I will NEVER order from this company again. EVER. It amazes me they think they can get away with this. ANOTHER BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I immediately filled out the form and returned it.
BTW this isn’t the first time. I had ordered a few brushes 2 years ago. The lady made me take a picture AND video showing THEIR DEFECTIVE BRUSH. I don’t like this company but I totally forgot about that brush situation. She basically called me a liar. Why would I ask for a replacement brush? I placed an order of six products on the 23rd of March and the order still has not arrived. I have tried to reach Morphe over email from two different accounts multiple times, no answer. They have my money and I have gotten nothing but disappointment.
Does anyone know if it is even possible to get ahold of them?
I am fully aware that it takes longer to get orders nowadays but over a month?? It has clearly been lost? Isn't easier and saves them money in the long run for them to just answer and replace the products than to get bad reviews and angry costumers?

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. I placed my order on April 10th and my parcel was supposedly sent to the delivery company on April 24th.
Since then I haven’t received any updates.
On morphe’s website it said the estimated delivery would on the 28th, then the 30th (which didn’t happen).
Sent them an email and didn’t get any response. Definitely doesn’t give off sense of security to the costumer, especially after reading all these reviews of people going through the same issue. Lost goods, no answers, people who never received their packages and lost their money... terrible.

Terrible service emailed several times and not received a response! Payed extra for 1-2 shipping as it was a present for my sisters birthday and during this pandemic there is not much we can do to make it special for her and on top morphe have taken over 2 weeks to ship the order let alone for it to reach me! Many other companies manage to ship things out within a few days and get to the customer however morphe are quick to take payment AND EXTRA delivery charge but don’t ship the item in the time they state! I am really happy about the product I got, but the shipping in my opinion took way to long. I ordered on 28th of March and today on the 16th of April my order arrived. I wrote a mail to Morphe costumer service but no answer. I am still waiting for an order that I ordered three days after the first order.

Customer service is non existent
Ordered a palette for myself last Friday. Shipping suggests one to three days on my receipt. I rang them yesterday and requested that they refund me the cost of shipping as it has not arrived. the shipping quite frankly is expensive anyway for standard delivery. Was told that they will not do that because at this times it takes longer to process the order ( it has not been dispatched yet) I advised that it was understandable but I would still like my shipping costs recovered as I am paying for a service I am not getting. The lady on the phone refused to do so. I then said that I would like a refund and the whole order cancelled as the customer service is not acceptable. She advised me that she can ask for this to be done but can not guarantee that this will in fact be cancelled? How can you not guarantee a refund for an item you've not even proceed for me. I got very frustrated and just said to leave it as it is but I am never buying a single thing from here again. Honestly appalling.

I purchased eyeshadow palettes from them twice last summer. The first order arrived pretty quickly. Second order took a few days longer. But everything arrived safely packaged. Have had no issues with them at all. Just placed another order, hopefully will have the same good service as before :-)
Morphe - order at your peril
Ordered during Black Friday. Items not delivered, chased continually. 3 hours of phone calls and numerous emails.
Said that courier could not find address(never had a problem) have them work address - not actioned. Phoned again to be advised that it could be weeks as they have delivery problems. No alternative but to request a refund! Then an email saying oh we can see that your call has already been dealt with obviously to remove my emails from the queue!

Still haven’t received my package
I ordered something on morphe 29/11. The website says 3-5 working days for delivery. Nothing happened. I didn’t get any mail regarding the shipping. I try to email morphe. No answer. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Tried to email them again. No answer. It’s now almost a month ago and I still haven’t received my package. I understand they can be busy around Christmas and I did order on Black Friday, where they probably were exceptionally busy, but the least they can do is to inform you if your order is delayed or answer the mails you send them. Not going to order here again.

ordered 140e worth of makeup 7 weeks ago and counting. They were supposed to be Christmas presents, but on 19th of December still no word. I emailed twice and rang on two separate occasions, and still no response/call back. Is this a legit company or a clever scam based on Morphe US? I am starting to wonder if it's a fake company. I will be escalating this complaint legally.
