I am proud to own my Eureka GTG-L60. While the LED lighting and App Control looks great and works well, the real reason in the outstanding Customer Service I have receive from Eureka. I had an issue with my desk that was no fault of Eureka's, however, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help and parts I needed to resolve my issues. I love it! Thank you!

Erika was "spot on" with her dealings with me....she sized up my situation quickly and was in communication with me throughout. The follow through and the delivery of my "solution" was done in very professional and efficient manner......My items arrived WAY sooner than I had anticipated....Excellent Job

I ordered a gaming desk directly from the company and I received an authentic product with a slight inconvenience that was instantly rectified. I contacted support for a replacement part and the customer service was exceptional, I was assisted by Erika and the company representative did a phenomenal job at helping resolve the issue. I would encourage any new customer to purchase from this company because I sure will be buying more products in the future.

Reasonable setup and just works! Love the leather finish. I used a clamp mount for two 32inch monitor arms and am obsessed with my work from home setup.

Purchased Royal II Executive Leather Chair ...great looking and comfortable chair. Had some minor damage to one of the armrest, contacted Eureka Ergonomic (worked with Erika from customer service) and very satisfied with the support and response. Erika and her team were AWESOME and immediately took action to get the replacement part needed. Highly recommend this company for its quality products and outstanding customer service.

I recently bought a smart coffee table and loved it. I had one small issue and their customer service was very responsive and immediately helped me with a solution. I am looking forward to purchasing from them again. I highly recommend this company.

I had issues with the chair backrest just randomly collapsing and dropping to its lowest point.
Fortunately, I bought it on Amazon!
I wrote a product review, and an Eureka employee said I should contact them directly.
Which I did, 6 days ago. No response so far.
Luckily, I contacted Amazon and showed them the same video proof I had sent Eureka, and they instantly refunded me.

After a long while and a back and forth with a support person that person hat contacted me over Amazon, I was provided with a brand new chair that cost 2x of the initial chair that I bought.
It a shame a shame that I had to go down like this, but it shows that the company still employs people who genuinely care about their customers.

I bought their desk and the chair. everything arrived on time. My chair did come with a few tears on the fabric but as soon as I contacted support they were fast to resolve my problem. Great products and great support

I purchased the Aero Pro standing desk and it's everything they claim it to be. I had a little user error putting it together but the customer service rep Su was very patient and helped figure out what I was doing wrong.

They worked hard and tirelessly to fix a problem with a defective piece of the desk top. They ultimately sent a whole new desk top.

So far I've had no issues with contacting support. I've gotten replacement parts and screws for my desk with no issues. Support responds quickly and is very helpful.

Terrible so far. I paid over 1,300 dollars for a standing desk. I have received no legs for the desk. Customer service is lying at this point saying it is on its way but weather delays. I have received 10 packages - no weather issues. 5 unreturned call. Beyond terrible.

THIS PRODUCT IS SO EXCELLENT THAT I PURCHASED ANOTHER ONE AFTER I SET THE FIRST ONE UP! CLEAR AND EASY INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL! WHICH SEEMS TO BE RARELY THE CASE WITH ITEMS SUCH AS THIS (WHERE ASSEMBLING IS REQUIRED, ETC.) FINALLY, SOMEONE GOT IT RIGHT! SHOWS CLEARLY HOW TO ASSEMBLE EVERY PART.
