Excellent from start to finish

Excellent place to go for a family holiday. From toddlers up to teenagers everyone is catered for.
Food, drinks across the park was delicious and well priced. Restaurant waiting staff are a little touchy in some places with large groups so be prepared for that. I recommend you rent a bike with a kids carrier to get around as it’s a lot of walking and with your daily towels, sun creams, snacks, kids change of clothes etc it can be a little too much. The carrier was a life saver and lets you stay out longer in the day especially with tired little ones in toe. We hit a heat wave which was unbearable at times so bring a fan and find the places you are allowed to use your own fold down umbrellas and beds - otherwise your forced to pre book a day in advance or sit in the direct sun. Boom your transfer home before 48+ hours or you’ll be forced to use a taxi, no one told us this but we got a taxi for €110 to the airport for 3 passengers so that wasn’t bad. Some people were charged €150 for the same trip. Be warned all supermarkets and shops close midday to 4:30pm so if you need a pint of milk go early. Bakery from 7:30am not to be missed, it’s goes fast so get in early. Bring coins, all kids rides and games are €2 coin a pop, no tap to pay option. Learn your activities for the week ahead so you don’t miss out on the good stuff

Lots of pools, kids loved the slides and the train ride to the beach was great. However there's a lot of hills for walking upto accommodation, is difficult when you have small ones.

It has been a few years since we've booked with Eurocamp but we always found their service to be good so imagine our disappointment this year to discover that not only had the service deteriorated but it was non-existent. We didn't meet one representative during our entire 10 day holiday, the location of the mobile home was horrible even though the campsite wasn't at full capacity and there was problems inside the mobile home too. Of course we couldn't get any of these resolved because there was no representatives on site.

Ease of use of website. Access to booking for 2027. Low deposit. Opportunity to pay in instalments. Great value for money. Loyalty bonus.

Fabulous place- so many pools for kids of all ages!

The site was lovely, clean and had everything you could need for the perfect restful and relaxing break. Keep up the great work!

Lovely campsite beside the beach and easy to get to from Beziers airport! Accommodation was excellent comfortable beds and air con coffee machine and dishwasher! Would recommend car as campsite huge with some construction work going on so walk to the pool was about 10 or 12 minutes with little shade.....water park on site but extremely busy, people can buy day tickets so extra crowded due to this. Good supermarket but need to go to super u for fresh milk. Fresh bread and pastries daily. Beach was out back gate and absolutely beautiful even for non beach people (me) water clear no seaweed or jellyfish and warm water, very safe bay even for kids. Really enjoyed the holiday and would return again. My kids late teens, site too big for smallies in my opinion as a lot of walking and heat was 30 degrees. Overall I would return.

Great personal service throughout the camp

We went to uinion lido in Italy. Great park once everything gose right.our daughter got a few bites from mosquito and sweating accused. When walking and trying to enjoy the park our daughter legs were badly swollen that she got friction burns witch got worse and she was struggling to get around and on our last day our flight was late...so we bought creams drinks everything to try help but she was still suffering on the second last day . I messaged eurocamp true live chat and got a absolut gentleman called Darragh. I explained the situation that we had to check out of accommodation at 10 am but our flights were 21.50 Darragh went out of his way tried everything for us as it would of coast us 292 euro to book the camp for the night and we only needed it till 6pm.so after trying everything and go far and beyond out of his way Darragh and his manager called me back and they covered the coast of the mobile home for the night ...was absolutely amazing for us we have been with Eurocamp 9 years and will continue to use the especially after what they done for us can not praise Darragh enough.

Spanish students shouting all day and night...tookover pool every day ..rough and loud and very badly supervised. I had mg two boys and14 and 16 witb me...ruined our holiday completely...our flight home was at 2 thirty in the morni g and could not sleep with noise...shouting...

Easy to book and we got better value and easier processes than booking direct.

So easy to book with and also had to make some amendments to my holiday which was so straight forward and with ease thank you, highly recommend and looking forward to my holiday. Thank you ☺️

We are travelling for 24 hours to get to our destination and paid the extra for bed linen. We asked if 2 beds could be made up and we were told no. This has never been a problem with other companies we've used. Very disappointing for our first time booking with Eurocamp.
