Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Don't ever park in this car park. Received 5 fines from them for barely going above the limit. Tried to contact them but to only automated responses and never will they get back to you. Absolute scammers.

3years later and a letter from a debt collector

It's 17 April 2026 and i've just opened a letter from a debt collection agency about an unpaid car park fine in a Euro Car Parks Ltd car park THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT. The parking violation in question is from February 2023 - ridiculous. The letter I have received today is the first I have heard about the fine which is now £140, and I can no longer appeal it without going to court according to the letter. Euro Car Parks are an absolute joke and how they are still operating is beyond my comprehension. Euro Car Parks you need to sort your administration processes out. I'm pleased to say I have the money to pay the fine but I know a lot of people will not. I was never given the opportunity to pay the fine sooner before the fee racked up. I will not be using any Euro Car Parks again.

Unfair practices

This company decides to issue me a PCN for parking at a supermarket. This time there are no clear instructions on site on how to record purchases made in store. Not sure how the management of this company sleeps at night knowing that they are making money unfairly during a cost of living crisis

This company needs to be shut down there bullying tactics are disgusting and they dont listen to your evidence!!

PLEASE NOTE: TAKE ME TO COURT I HAVE A BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE I WAS AT A DIFFERENT SHOP WHEN YOU SAY I WAS IN YOUR CAR PARK! THE BRAKE LIGHTS ARE ON MY CAR ON YOUR PHOTOS PROVING I WAS DRIVING NOT STATIONARY!!

Subject: 27th November 25.

Good afternoon,

I am contacting you in connection to the traffic lights that were off on Woodchurch road, Prenton, Birkenhead, Wirral, this was due to electrical faults on the traffic lights and then impacted on Sainsburys tills, lights in that area also the traffic lights.
This also impacted on the cameras over the car park and they have issued tickets wrongly due to the camera not viewing continuously this has occurred parking fees incorrectly.
I have sent all proof even a letter from the manager at Sainsburys and a sat Nav trace to prove I was at the school picking my son up.
I have had to now contact trading standards as well.
There is no support for mental health or learning disabilities but instead they use threats of court!
I am emailing to request proof of the situation on Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead ch43 on this date 27th November 2025 please as they are continuously threatening to take me to court but I did not do anything wrong.

Here is a letter off the manager and proof I used my nectar card at the petrol station as I have been telling them.

I have continued to ask for them to cease pursual until I gather information and appeal but they continue to ignore my pleas and continue to threaten court!
This has really been extremely stressful but they do not care, they have no facilities to assist people with mental health issues or learning difficulties and I note they have extremely poor customer service reviews and have paid hefty fines for delivering such poor facilities.
There is also proof of my sat Nav showing I was at Woodchurch high school at the time they are alleging I was at the car park.
Not sure what other evidence I can provide them!
I feel they need to send a final outcome and take this further.

Thank you,
Please can Mark who messaged me send me a link to be able to dispute this as this is extremely stressful!
It says on Euro car park they manage car parks for their clients which is Sainsburys obviously!!
The photo they have cant be static as I was getting petrol!!

I have been billed twice for different dates using the same identical photographs. The service is a scam. I went to the cafe and then did grocery shopping. At no point did I leave the property. I have been fined 85 for the same visit but it was sent as two different bills.

No one should use their car parks

If this company really intends to provide services then they should do it in the right way. I’ve gone through some of your reviews here and no one has said anything good about this company. I parked at the quarters-croydon and spent over 30 minutes trying to make payment but this parking site wasn’t showing on your system. I downloaded your update but the site wasn’t coming up and your scan codes were not working either. Then you send me a penalty for parking without paying. I advise everyone not to use their services because it’s just a way to extort money from innocent customers. You can waste time to draft penalty letters and post them to customers but you can’t make your system easy for customers to pay when parking.

VERY bad customer service!

VERY bad customer service!
I tried to appeal a parking fine under the following circumstances:-
I parked my car in the Brewer Street car park in Maidstone.
I paid the correct amount of money I need to cover my expected stay.
I did a stupid thing and left my car keys in a shop. This particular shop closed at 5pm, it wasn’t until I was on my way back to the car at about 5.20pm I realised what I had done.
The tele number on the signage is useless as it’s an automated service.. worse than useless.
I had no alternative but to leave my car overnight & collect the next day once I had retrieved my car keys.
I sent an appeal in but this was rejected with not much explanation so I contacted POPLA, they did not react to my contact or make contact with euro car parks so in the meantime I have received a letter threatening a debt collection agency.
I have no choice but to pay.
I truly believe there were extenuating circumstances in leaving my car overnight but it’s all about collecting fines isn’t it.
AVOID euro car parks… !!
I know I will, there’s plenty of other car parks to use …. 👍

Unkept car park with craters to drive…

Unkept car park with craters to drive around to get to the parking. No signal for car parking apps to work so ended up with a fine. Tried to appeal but they wouldn’t budge. No number provided or contact information on any of the signs to get help.

I will avoid car parks operated by this…

I will avoid car parks operated by this company from now on. When you type in your car reg, the machine doesn't always record it correctly - in my case only the first letter. Apparently, it is contractual that they have your correct registration - if not, even if you had paid a valid ticket then they will still expect you to pay a £20 administration charge. Seems like a scam but it is all legal , you have to prove that their machine didn't record your details correctly. Appealing to POPA won't help either. Simple advice - AVOID of you want to save time, energy and money.

Profiteering

My wife went to watch Leicester Tigers play rugby and I booked parking for her in a car park she has used many times before. She was travelling from a friends out of town and had a longer journey than usual. Arriving a couple of minutes early. (We had prepaid by Just Park) £100 fine with the right of appeal losing you the opportunity to pay less. The amount paid for the parking was more than the advertised amount for the time on the website so it would be reasonable to think that was acceptable.

I just want to speak to SOMEONE

Received a pcn which I paid immediately but my daughter also paid it .
Trying to contact them is impossible.
The two phone numbers I found were automatic payments for parking.
Their chat line is absolutely useless.
Can find no way to email them.
The only option to to contact them in writing and paying for a postage stamp.
I believe they deliberately make it difficult.
My simple problem could have been resolved quickly and satisfactory with a
PHONE CALL.

This company is absolutely the pits

This company is absolutely the pits, we have been persistently persued by their " bully boys " DCBL legal for 1 yr4 months for a PCN we are contesting. My partner who they are persuing has just been diagnosed with stage 5 CKD and requires a kidney transplant, she only has a 12% function at present, and the stress that this is causing us more than anyone could beat, totally life changing, not just physically but mentally. The owner Barry Malcolm Tucker and his wife Rita, I sincerely hope something terrible medically befalls the pair of you, in payment for your arrogance and greed, in persuing for " abhorrently obscene profits". My partners life and well being are of more significance than your personal greed for money. You are the lowest form of life to exist. I hope your empire collapsed and the CMA take you for far more than the £473,000 you where fined, you are beyond arrogant, may you rot in hell!!!!

My mum has a wheely walker and disabled. Parked in a disabled bay and got a ticket and has a blue badge. She could not pay to get the free ticket as these people didn't put a dip in the kirb machine and then fined her 60 quid. Scum.
