I parked in an evening as I had arranged to collect my son from a day out. Had not even considered that I would receive a fine for exceeding 10 minutes in the car park. The letter states an appeal wil... See more

Horrible company which exploits people…
Horrible company which exploits people for money
Fined and lied to
I arrived at the carpark to find there were no payment machines at the gate or anywhere else. no signage to explain how to pay and nobody at the desk. I suspect the carpark had recently changed from NCP to Euro and the were not ready for customers (although they were still open) I parked. I later got a fine for £100 which I appealed but was rejected as they said there was signage in place, not true! I have appealed to POPLA and have also noticed that Euro are being investigated for suspected breaches in consumer law around unfair practices and appeals systems. surprise surprise!
Avoid!!!!
Absolutely disgusting company - legalised exploitation of motorists.
Signage unclear and pure money grabbers.
I am 81 disabled driver and they have no compassion whatsoever.
SCAM!!
I paid for 3 hours parking via PayByPhone. When I entered the car park it took 11 minutes for me start my parking session. This was due to struggling to park, figuring out how to pay, downloading the app etc and entering my details. Signal was not great so it took a while. I overstayed by 11 minutes and received a fine of £60! I appealed and it was obviously rejected as it is rigged. Would not recommend. Genuine issue whereby I could not start my parking for 11 minutes and yet I was charged. Should have a grace period of 15 minutes. Daylight robbery!
Cowboy Operators who break the law
Sent a £100 charge for overstaying car park by 3 minutes while visiting Costa, despite me entering my details into the tablet in store. Picture on the letter is of two different cars with different registration numbers on vehicle entering to exiting.
Have logged complaint but also put in a Subject Access Request for information they hold on me. They are refusing until I send them the V5 for my vehicle, despite already getting my details from the DVLA.
Now reported to both Competitions Authority and the Information Commisoners Office. Scam comp
Audacity to send an unwarranted fine.
Well what the hell is going on with this company??? !!! Today received an £85 fine for parking less than 2 hours , which is allowed in M&S ELTHAM car park if you spend over £5. Which we did. We received a validated ticket from the security guard outside where the machine stands and registered it as per normal practice. We also have my husbands bank statement proving we spent approximately£18 on Friday 17/7/26. How the hell we warrant a fine is complexing, unfair, untruthful and so unjust. If there is a camera near the machine you will see clearly my husband inserting the ticket of validation of our purchase over £5.If europark are making these mistakes constantly as reviews imply then someone is making a shed load of money one way or another inappropriately and without consequence. Obviously we won’t be using any shops , pubs, other businesses eurocarparks have anything to do with as cannot afford to be mugged off for something we are not guilty off.
To cracked mirrors facing each other reflecting into infinity
There’s no minus Star. This company continues to project the faults of their malfunctioning machines and digital systems to harass customers for money they don’t owe, as they have fulfilled the contract and paid for parking. Even after the competition markets authority fine, they still continue to crack mirrors together reflecting into infinity. They lie to the court which is contempt.
What a disgusting vile company this is.
I went for a meal at my local Pub
I went for a meal at my local Pub. Amber Tavern on Hagley Road in Birmingham. submitted my registration as requested. 10 days letter I get a parking charge. Went online to appeal, the site keeps going around in a circle, no way to access the form. back at the local no one to offer help. unable to get evidence of submitted registration, no evidence their systems do not work, its my last time at this local. I will go else where. Worse parking company every avoid at all costs.
Do not use Euro Car Parks
Do not use Euro Car Parks - Paid for a ticket, the machine only printed first 4 digits of the registration. Parking charged received. Submited claim with Popla - first claim rejected, with a copy of the ticket purchased and bank statement showing the payment leaving my bank. Rejected - appealed and rejected again. Can't explain how rotton the system they use is. I am fortunate and in a position to take this all the way.
Avoid parking
I left the car to wash for £35 at this carpark at London Westway, near Latymer Road Station. The attendant said more than once that no need to pay for the parking as the car was being washed.
Surprise! After a couple of weeks received a £60 fine on the post.
I started an appeal stating the whole story. They didn't accept and sent new fine amount £80.
I sent an appeal to Popla. Then again, new refusal. Now have to pay £100.
The worse experience ever. The car wash was rubbish, and if I don't pay them now they will take me to the county court.
Parked and paid but still issued with a ticket
Parked at 08.59 at 3 Briar Way Car Park Skegness on 9/7/26 paying for an all day ticket lasting until 10/7/26. The payment was listed on our bank account on 10/7/26. The ticket was displayed in the windscreen. A parking charge notice was received today for £60 if paid within 14 days. I have the original ticket and the bank statement as evidence. When I try to pay online the site takes me in a loop back to the pay or dispute page (tried 4 times on different devices). They do not take calls about appeals. I now have to spend to post a recorded delivery appeal. Make no mistake this £60 will NEVER be paid as it is an invalid charge. Bailiff's, small claims whatever bring it on I can't wait to issue my counterclaim and I am happy to pay the £35 small claim fee to see justice done. AVOID PARKING WITH THESE CROOKS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE , thanks for reading.
A company with no ethics, go liquidity within a year.
I genuinely hope Euro Car Parks goes into liquidation within a year.
I’d put 0 stars if I could
I’d put 0 stars if I could. Similar to all other reviews. Despite calling / emailing about parking in their car park and with all my evidence, they still charged me £60. I will never park in a euro carpark again. I think it’s gross what they’re doing!!!!!
Absolute Scumbags
DO NOT EVER park at one of their car parks and make the mistake of thinking this company are anything other than scum of the earth. I'm now £170 out of pocket after they refused to even consider evidence that I paid for the duration of my stay. Their behaviour is despicable and I will never set foot in their car parks again, nor associate with any business that chooses to work with them.
We definitely paid on the car park at…
We definitely paid on the car park at Chesil beach in Weymouth and received a fine . Why can’t they check and see that we paid unfortunately we threw our ticket away so can’t prove anything my husband said not to pay but I didn’t want the stress . So yeh they gained another £60 from us and probably plenty of others 😡
I literally could not find the ticket…
I literally could not find the ticket machine on my first visit to the Sainsbury Supermarket. On return from holiday three weeks later I found the parking fine letter and appealed immediately, explaining the situation and that on a second visit I had found their machine which had previously been obscured by the crowd of people outside the store entrance. Three weeks later they replied with an automated letter saying I had not uploaded evidence, how the hell could I? My charge had risen to £100 for failure to pay within 14 days, despite explaining I`d been away, this for a 12 minute overstay. It appears their appeal system is geared to deter appeals and that their business model is ruthless and predatorial. Glad to learn they are being investigated by the CMA, I hope their appeal is handled in a similarly cavalier manner to their own appeals process.
Absolute robbers......parked safely on…
Absolute robbers......parked safely on an end away from all other cars, so my car did not get dinked again, and theu sent a blurred photo, looked like 3 inches intothe criss cross box, so if a car parked nx to me had plenty of room.....paid the £50. I have too much else to worry about, and could not be doing with the threatning letters etc ....really should be banned from car parks...
Just recieved a EURO car ticket for…
Just recieved a EURO car ticket for using sainsbury car park for 45 minutes. On a sunday when they are closed. You dont even have to pay to park.
Drove in Brewery Street
Drove in Brewery Street, Rugeley. Got pushair and grandchild out of the car on a red hot day. Walked to meter and realised had no cash.
Attempted several times to pay over the phone and on the app. Was getting a bit flustered so we got back in the car to find another car park. 15 minutes and a fine for £60. Appealed it but failed. Was an expensive day at soft play.
