Obviously they don’t anticipate the customer to inspect an order delivered to a funeral. My friend was so disappointed that the arrangement ordered for her beloved cousin’s funeral was nowhere near the same size, quality or colour as illustrated. The company refused to accept her complaint. They’re heartless scammers. Don’t order from this company.

This company should be investigated by trading standards. They are used by Dignity to provide funeral wreaths but they are scamming people and from the amount of bad reviews here they obviously don’t give a damn!

Zero stars. Absolutely terrible flowers. Was supposed to receive them on 8th of march on international women’s day and got them today on 11th. All dead. Nothing to save here. Customer service doesn’t care, doesn’t reply.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Euroflorist. I ordered flowers for my mother, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, their customer service is entirely automated with robot chat responses that offer no real help or resolution. I’ve tried multiple times to get a proper response, but all I’ve gotten are generic, unhelpful replies. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this service to anyone. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from here!

I ordered flowers for a friend’s memorial service

They were delivered two days later than the committed delivery date

I will try to never deal with this company again.
For two days I was kept in suspense by messages that my bouquet might not be delivered on time. When the bouquet was delivered, it turned out that it was not at all like in the photo, much poorer and smaller. It looked more like a bunch of grass than a bouquet. Instead of flowers, some kind of indistinct greenery.
My daughter's birthday was ruined.

I ordered flowers that were late and extremely poor value for money

Ordered flowers as per the company website before 9pm for next day didnt turn up for 3 days after chasing - poor value and 3 chocolates !

Euroflorist spoilt the moment

Euroflorist offered a replacement never turned up - so complained and received a refund (promptly I must say)

I was really worried after reading the reviews after I had placed an order but the flowers arrived on time, in less than 24 hours, and they were absolutely beautiful. Very full and came with free chocolates. €33 including delivery great value. I’m in Ireland and needed them shipped to Holland, absolutely no hassle what so ever had tracking details and updates all along the way. Would definitely use again.

I ordered twice from this company, and both times evended up with a refund!! First set was 5 days late sat at dpd delivery for 4 days and when i compalined they apologised and sent me a sorry code and a full refund... and the next order was ment to be delivered 15th and it's now the 19th and she still hasn't recieved her flowers. Absolute disgusting and terrible company... wouldn't ever recommend or use this company again!!

My husband ordered me valentines flower paying £54 which haven't been received. I contacted Euroflorist who claim the cannot find my order but managed to find and take the payment from my account. This company to say the least is diabolical. Do not order for this company 😡🤬

Awful service awful experience

my husband ordered valentines flowers for me through this company- the flowers arrived a DAY LATE (addressed to me) with someone else’s “personal note” inside - when my husband contacted them to complain they replied UNAPOLOGETICALLY that their website states they cannot guarantee a time for delivery- completely missing his point re the wrong DAY delivery and the WRONG NOTE inside- presumably that person was sent the note meant for me.
DO NOT USE this company- awful lack of accountability and no idea re customer service.

My partner order from these for Valentine’s Day, then received an email saying delivery the 15th then another saying will be delivered on the 16th! Absolutely shocking! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Valentine flowers ordered by my husband via a friend arrived a day late, which is not Valentine’s Day. Date for order delivery on package states Feb 14. Roses arrived badly damaged and wilted having bumped around in a big box with a tiny crumpled mini lindor. Worst offering of flowers I have ever received, so poor it is offensive.

Hi I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and received what I can only describe as a pitiful bunch of nearly dead flowers.when they arrived I was very very disappointed I paid nearly £36.00including £7.99 delivery for these so called bouquet I could have go this bunch at a store for a £5.00. The experience has ruined what should have been a special day.i would never recommend this company to anyone avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful! Valentines flowers still not delivered at 8pm and had them delivered to partners place of work! Long finished and Valentine’s Day ruined for her! Thanks for that!
