Quality good, delivery not
Quality and flowers fine, but I ordered to deliver on Sunday and I got notification that it was delivered on Sunday but as I talked to the recipient, it was delivered on Saturday already.
Unreliable Delivery, Unhelpful Customer Support
I've used Euroflorist many times, but this most recent experience was extremely disappointing. My order was not delivered on the scheduled date, and instead I was told to retrieve through a DHL app that isn't available to download in the United States. This left me with no way to access the delivery information or arrange for redelivery. When I reached out to customer service the responses were dismissive and did not address the problem. For a service that markets itself to international customers, this was very frustrating. I cannot recommend Euroflorist to anyone.
The flowers were like the pictures but…
The flowers were like the pictures but one day early. Also I realized that I've subscribed to 2 shipment subscriptions (one Gmail & one Yahoo.com) so I pay double.
Quickly fading
The flowers were really nice, however they were fading after only one day. Furthermore, we paid extra so that the flowers arrive exactly the day we want them to arrive and they came one day earlier.

Flowers arrived one day too late despite offered delivery on Sunday and charged extra fee for express delivery.
Size "big" smaller than expected
Only thing to criticize would be the size of the bouquet. I ordered "big" and in my opinion it was a bit small. Cause if that was the big size, then "standard" or "small" woul both be too small I imagine.

Too late, too poor
Too late - arrived two days after the selected date. Too poor for the price and tracking links in mails.
Payed extra for a next-day delivery but flower were delivered only in two days
I place an order on May 6th for the next day (May 7th delivery). This day was not greyed out as unavailable but had a surcharge. The order was delivered one day later, on May 8th. Ten years ago if the delivery was not possible, the day would simply not show up. I don't accept paying extra and not receiving the flowers on the promised date.

I ordered flowers for my mother in Germany. It was not delivered, they said that the address was wrong because the name of reciever was not the same as the name on the doorbell. In the order for was no question about the name on doorbell. The supposed to ask right questions. People leaving in other countries do not have to know which informanion are neccessary for delivery. Customer service is not really helpful! Tgey offer 5% discount for the next order, but I am not going to order anything there!!!

I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. The flowers were beautiful, delivery on time and easy ordering process.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The flowers were 3 days late delivered from 95% promised date! I tried to cancel the delivery cause it was delaying 3 days and they wouldn’t accept, so it came then on that day. Some of flowers got dried already and it looked cheap, not what on pictures, sure not worth the money you pay.

I didn’t like that the chocolate was so tiny and 6€ was to expensive Secondly my sister had to pick up the flowers they were not delivered to her door thirdly: the text for the card fell out of the Card into the box and it seemed as if she got an empty card - only by accident did she find the text in the box - that was frustrating

I ordered for my mom from Ireland. Was sceptical that they will get there. Ordered them 3.5. and they were delivered by 5.5., my chosen delivery date. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very happy with this fast service and definitely worth the price. Keep it up. Thank you all
