It was delivered on time/as awaited

It was delivered on time/as awaited. I never saw the flowers but my girlfriend said they were beautiful and was very happy.
So this definitely a trustworthy delivery copany. Thank you

This was the worst experience ever

This was the worst experience ever. The flowers did not arrive on delivery date so I wrote customer service and they told me to wait a day as sometimes the flowers arrive late. I already informed them that the delivery firm was already lying about passing by my place as we were there the whole day. Following day and third day were exactly the same history.
I claimed a refund writing to customer service again and the refused as their policy is sticking to the lies of the worst delivery firm ever DPD.
Never again being from them.

Poor from Euroflorist in Germany

Like other reviews, unfortunately there is no option for zero stars.
I ordered flowers and added extra gifts to be sent to my girlfriend in Germany for her birthday.
Throughout the purchasing process I was “reminded” that standard delivery (5.95) did not guarantee delivery on time - choosing “express” delivery (13.95) would however.
This was despite ordering 4 days in advance !
The T&C’s however specify delivery would be completed by 8pm on the date specified.
I requested delivery to my girlfriend’s place of work but she left at 6pm “flowerless”.

Maybe all florists in Germany offer a similar “service” but I won’t be using Euroflorist again.

You can make your own decision based on the reviews - I wish I had !

I would give no starts if I could.
I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and paid for same day delivery. Nothing came. Ever.

They have no means of being contacted other than email, which they do not respond to. It is in my opinion a scam website.

They have stolen my money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered flowers that included chocolates and a birthday card, The chocolate and card was never delivered and after 5 emails, the sill denied delivering the rest and came up with an excuse that it is only complimentary and they don't have to do it, though it is very clearly advertised on their website, then they offered a flimsy 5euro WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

not reliable

Unfortunately, flowers were not delivered even though I paid for the guaranteed delivery, very bad communications with the guests service and they were sending promising emails that all will be delivered as ordered.
Very disappointed with their service.

I was always kept informed about the…

I was always kept informed about the status, and I was notified exactly where the flowers were delivered. I was very pleased with the bouquet, as it looked truly as beautiful as it did in the picture.

Ordered flowers for birthday

Ordered flowers for birthday. Delivery couldn’t be made because person wasn’t home, so now they expect me to ask for whom the present is to drive 40mins to pick up bouquet (Ilive abroad). I even offered to pay deliver again but costumer service was not helpful and just said nothing they can do. Very disappointed I paid 45 euro for nothing.
