Very quick turnaround time (picked up on 9th and delivered on 11th. Email communication requires some patience (slow response time and incomplete answers) but we got there in the end. Flexible with my change request which was enormously helpful. I probably overbooked the weights but it is on me.

Excellent service from Khrystyna
Excellent service from Khrystyna who turned around a last minute request in record time. On top of which the luggage was delivered several days ahead of the original date announced. A great service which I will use again. If I had only known before about it!

Fast delivery
Parcel arrived fast. However, there was a mix-up about the delivery address and I didn't receive a phone call about this. Delivery had to be rescheduled when a simple phone call would have resolved the issue.
