The worst experience ever!

After ended transaction there were no money or receipt, but all the money were drawn from my bank account.

After writing a complaint I was without any confirmation of receipt of the complaint.

Now almost 24 hours later. I am still waiting to get my 300 Euro back.

Avoid the Euronet blue ATM's at all costs!!

Euronet and all of its employees ought to be ashamed of themselves. Their " Dynamic Currency Conversion" is a complete scam to take advantage or fleece tourists when out of their element, for example in Europe. Their predatory company preys on weary travelers like myself who, for example, just landed jet lagged in Rome, got off the overnight flight and know they need to get local currency. Or people who get off a cruise ship in a port and your ATM machine is the only one in close proximity of the boat docking area. A 13% fee on each withdrawl is ridiculous.

This is a horrible ATM to use

This is a horrible ATM to use. Please avoid at all costs, charged 13% fee in addition to poor conversion rate and ATM usage fee. Possibly worse than a exchange booth which you at least know will try to rip you off.

I recently used a euronet atm and it…

I recently used a euronet atm and it ate my card. I rang the number on the atm to get help. I was advised they could eject card in 5 or 10 mins. So waited when it didn't appear I phoned back no apology just a blank well if it was actually fully in the machine they couldn't help! I will never use euronet again. Dodgy, expensive Atm's and appalling customer service.

I just got ripped off 600 euros!

I withdrew 600 euros from their ATM, and the money was never dispensed. Still, I got charged that amount at my bank.

I called Euronet, and they said the amount was never charged, but my bank claimed it was. I should have read all these reviews. I have no hope of recovering my money.

Immoral thieves

Immoral thieves with dreadful 'customer service'

I was charged €700 to withdraw €600 from their machines. I queried with my bank who said that the ATM have charged extra. I queried this with Euronet who said it's not their fault but they did take the money.

I have been patient and respectful with trying to get a refund but this has been a mistake. They have been slow to respond, often ignoring emails and contact. When they do email back to me, it is copied and pasted, without even using my own name when replying to me.

Lawyers are now involved. I advise others to take cash with them before going abroad, or to take withdrawals from the bank.

SCAM!!1

SCAM

Don't use any ATM in Europe that has written giant "ATM" all over it, nobody in Europe uses the word "ATM". Find a local bank and withdraw from them.

They're capitalist american pigs scamming people by charging high conversion fees and destroying cultural landmarks!
