Untrustworthy
Scammers using unethical ways to make you think you don’t have any other choice but to use their conversion rates when withdrawing cash from their atms, when in fact if you if you click cancel thinking you’re not getting any cash you’re finally given all options as to how to convert your money.
Beware scammers!
Beware scammers. They will do all the tricks and cheats to squeeze every penny out of you.
Avoid Euronet! TOTAL SCAM
Avoid Euronet!
They're a total scam and in my experience, they're everywhere in the Municipality of Athens! Their charge fees are really bad and they dare to put them in the most inappropriate places! Prefer to go to local banks that may charge less...
No respect or morality whatsoever
No respect or morality whatsoever. Absolute scams that operate and target tourists. Avoid these like the plague. They ruin historical buildings. They even have the audacity to place one of their scam ATM's IN A CONCENTRATION CAMP. Euronet has no morale.
Avoid at all costs
By no means should you use Euronet ATM’. Markup will be roughly 10-12% on top of which they add an additional withdrawal fee which depends on the amount withdrawn. They technically are a legal business but the fact that they do not give you an option of choosing currency like traditional bank ATM makes this a horrible choice 100% of the time, even if we ignore the withdrawal fee. Locals will often tell you there are no fees and that’s usually due to agreements which exempt locals from fees, this propagating the idea that you’re being treated fairly, you’re absolutely not. In my case i was stuck in a scenario where there were no local bank ATM and needed 20€. They charged me 23£ in the end which was a terrible deal however way you look at it.
If you remember one thing from my review, it should be that you should NEVER use their services.
They’re a legitimate business claiming to be transparent, however what they do in reality is position their ATM’s in locations where there’s little competition and give you no option bit to agree to their terms of you need to withdraw cash.
Would give them 0/5 if Trustpilot allowed it.
Avoid these like the plague
Avoid these like the plague. Tourist traps and often placed in historic buildings. Always use an ATM from a local bank and select the local currency for the exchange rate!
Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM. Shocking that the EU allows this company to have a presence here. They put Euro in the name but it has zero to do with Europe.

It says "Euro" in the name but it's an American company that ripps of people with absurdly high rates. Do not withdraw cash from these machines, go to a regular bank ATM in the country you visit (be it Portugal, the Czech Republic, Spain or Belgium).
This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. All their ATMs across Europe are geared to rip off Tourists who don’t know better. Avoid these pieces of …t, they will charge u a 20% service fee effectively (also scam you in exchange rates on top of service fees). Time to get those banned in the EU

One of the worst companies
Withdrawal fees in Europe…where no other ATM takes any. This is no America Euronet ! Dynamic conversion is a total monster. They will charge your card in USD especially with foreign cards like revolut or wise. Absolute junk and they still made a loss in 2020, haha f*** you !
Avoid using these ATMs!
Avoid using these ATMs!
We withdrawn 500 euros last week (Greece) and found out we were charged with 680 USD! This never happened to us and unheard of.
Anyone as an idea what can we do?
Tourists - please don't use this bank, save yourself. Use a reputable bank or carry cash beforehand.
Don't bother with this useless junk of a bank and its ATMs. Even though they claim this is legal, often they'll charge you absurdly high conversion rates and extra fees which will make you wonder where the money goes. They claim it goes into their machines, but still charging ridiculous fees compared to other banks is practically scamming and ripping off.
Speaking from my experience at Budapest's main train station, often these ATMs are placed so that there's no alternate for you. You do wonder how such a scummy company operates in Europe with such regulations. They're targeting foreigners in places with different currencies. Especially places like Prague or Budapest which don't use the Euro.
Please save yourself money and time. Use a different ATM or just use cards wherever you can directly. Don't bother with this useless company. I hope someone will file a lawsuit against this considering how so many people have been ripped off without being given money.
Please. Please. I can't stress this enough. Save yourself the money and go for a reputable bank. Most places in Europe accept cards. I hope these scums go out of business.
