I ordered a new car battery online this morning and it has just been delivered to my door.

As it is a Saturday I did telephone to check that I would receive a same day delivery (as only a half day working)

The customer service line was so polite and happy to help. I asked them to find out and confirm delivery today.

I have had a phone call and email and have to say that I am really impressed with the service.

The customer service is really bad. We visited this morning to get a car part. Waited in the queue for ages( there was no apology for waiting times) instead when the car part arrived the assistant slammed the part onto the counter. The company needs to invest in training their employees on how to deal with customers.

Used there on line registration software to confirm bulb type i needed for my car. Ordered them on line and went to collect, I took the lights to make sure the bulbs fitted. After collecting I tried to fit them and they didn't fit. I went back into the shop and gave them back, been advised i will get a refund. At present no refund and there customer service shave decided not to answer the texts. Never Again

This is the second time something as gone wrong for me the first time was a clutch purchased in advance I run the vehicle until the clutch failed lost my receipt and £150 because I had to buy the right one this time it's a £21 cv boot again no receipt and told I have never bought one over the counter in the last 12 months I still have other receipts for same products in may so that can only mean some is pocketing the money on over the counter sales so for this year I have spent over £600 pounds with Europarts Preston and this is the way they treat customers shop else where from now on

Local Newport branch very helpful this morning and badly needed so great stuff.
