First time ordering. Paid for my order a week ago and it still says ”awaiting payment” Issue resolved, they checked the payment when after a few gmails. Now my package is on the way and I will order again.

Missing items
I placed an ordrer of 240pcs XQS 10 Pcs Loop And 20 Pcs Velo however i only recieved LOOP and VELO. I Contacted DHL and they told me that only 1 box was shipped out from EPD. Tried sending an Email and opened a ticket however no reply yet

Difficult to contact and switched product...
Had some unrelated problems with UPS (not their fault) and they were pretty difficult to get a response from through email. They also switched without authorization a more costly XQS for a cheaper NOIS of the same flavor thinking that I wouldn't notice.
