My experience with this company was bad because when my items came in they were missing parts and didn’t come in on time

Event Direct Decor has amazing product! Their team of customer service agents are also amazing!

Prices are reasonable and customer service is awesome

I made a recent purchase of one of their flower wall kits. The product itself was great. I was happy with it and the quality was good. At the time I made the purchase there was a deal they had going on if you purchased anything greater than $599 a coupon code to use and $100 gift card with your purchase. My total was above $599 but after the coupon code was applied it brought it down to below $599. It did not mention it had to still be above that value after all coupon codes were applied. I was only informed of this after I contacted customer service. They weren't willing to correct the issue and only offered $25 off towards my next purchase which is currently their offer going on. I don't see how that rectifies the issue. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Their website is awsome everything is explained in detail with pictures imposible to choose wrong.

There is just no comparison with Event Decor Direct and any other suppliers I have found out there. Quality is on par, top notch. They know what they are doing and the items have truly been catered to professionals in this industry. As they say you need the right products and they do have the right products. I placed my order and when I paid with my Amazon Pay it added $20 to the delivery, so I sent a message asking for the order to be canceled . The next day I received confirmation that it was canceled. However, the packages arrived on Tuesday anyway. I am so upset at this. I was lied to and made to accept the order. I will be contacting CustomervService to rectify the situation.

In less then a week I got my order and I am really thankful.
