Summerhouse arrived promptly. Kit was complete and well packaged, and assembly instructions were easy to follow. Very happy with my purchase.

The shed was delivered on a pallet by a single person who was unable to get it off the lorry (too large for the lift). I suggested we unpack it on the lorry and unload the individual units. Thankfully I hired a team of three to assemble the unit (it took them over three hours) as the process was more complex than expected. The outer door does not stay shut with the provided mechanism as the wood is too flimsy and the door lacks structural integrity. Our builder had to install a mechanism on top to hold the door in place. On the positive side: generally decent quality wood used for wall panels

I’ve put these up in my garden shed and have been able to tidy all my paint cans and decorating stuff off the floor and into them. They were easy to assemble and sturdily built. The only criticism is that one shelf is bowed. However it looks stable enough.

Ordering & delivery was straightforward as was the (potting) shed assembly. Good customer service throughout the process. However, it took a lot of time and effort to create what I’d consider to be a usable shed. I had not realised the timber was not treated or preserved - my mistake, it’s in the online shed details. Consequently it took two coats of wood preserver on every item prior to assembly to ensure all surfaces were treated and two coats of wood (waterproofing) treatment once assembled. Maybe Everest should offer a preserved timber option, at extra cost, for their products. Following assembly it took time to fill the 2-3mm gaps around the window frames, some of which had to be repositioned.
So time and effort to create a usable shed, in my view, but pleased with the finished product. Good value for money.

Great potting shed. Good shelves inside that are inline with the windows so not obvious or obstructive from outside. Modular so the door could be moved to left side instead of right. Easy to assemble. Well organised delivery and good follow up communication from the company to make sure all was okay.

Timber poor quality.
Door doesn't fit.
Roof on 2 corner's leak.
Tried to fob us off with £100 good will gesture.
I will never recommend this company.

Customer service was great and informative and the shed was delivered some weeks ahead of schedule. The pallet the shed was delivered on was missing most of the bottom planks which made the driver's job difficult. Fortunately the shed was very well packaged and never sustained any damage. My only real complaint was the door wasn't wide enough to fit the aperture, and I had to piece a strip of timber onto the outside of the door to fill the gap. Overall, I am very pleased with the shed, and the only reason I never gave it 5 stars was because of the issue with the door, as well as the damaged pallet, which may well have been down to the courier.

Drew brought my missing part last Friday just in time for the workmen to put up my potting shed last weekend, as promised by Mark. There were clear instructions and photos showing each stage of fixing. It took two men approx 6 hours to put up the shed and it looks great. Already in use. It just needs painting. I have been well pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Thank you. Linda
