Great service and advice when requested. Product is as good as expected and kept updated on progress. Delivery was very smooth and driver was very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Good communication from company regarding delivery and good quality summerhouse/shed.

Basically from the very first phone call with Mark at Everest Sheds, I just felt the company cared about their products and customers! There was a slight delay in delivery and throughout the whole process I was kept up-to-date, plus offered a free gift as compensation.
Now I`ve had delivery and Potting Shed is fully built, I couldn`t be happier, thank you to all at Everest Sheds, 10 out of 10...

Expensive but better than most, excellent double door, but I wouldn’t say this is security shed as the hinges and fittings are poor and won’t keep any one out even when locked,

Great little shed (well quite big actually!) just what we wanted. There are lots of different options available on the website. Quality shiplap construction at at good price.

Even though the shed was late, we were kept informed and also offered compensation in way of free treatment or shelving for the shed. The customer service team were excellent. Would highly recomend.

Shelves arrived and are exactly what I needed.

We were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner throughout, the shed did take a long time from order date but we were told it would from the start however, if this was reduced slightly it would be good, saying that the shed came well packaged and I put it up in an afternoon but I’m a carpenter so it would probably be a full day for none tradesman, I’m very impressed with the quality overall. I would certainly recommend.

Everything was fine until we came to the roof assembly ' instructions were wrong 'nothing was marked up what pieces went where 'finally worked out what went where. Overall happy with summer house.

took quite a while to select my potting shed but chose EVEREST as seemed best for money compared with others. deliver time expected was longer than anticipated' but at least they notified me of the delay which was not an issue. they also gave me shelving for free as a token for the delay, so even better value for money in the circumstances. Shed is now built and first coat of suggested paint applied. phone call to me after delivery just to ensure all was fine. THANKYOU!

Good quality product. Although they had production problems they kept us informed as to shipping date. There delivery company let them down

The service was 1st rate. Mark was a super star sorting quires and making sure i was happy with everything.

Really good shed for the price. Delivery was a bit late but worth the wait.

Good quality shed. There was a delay over the promised delivery date but I was informed all through and extra shelves and can of wood preservative were provided free of charge and the new delivery date was met…can’t ask for anymore

Still awaiting missing panel .l place my order 14th February. Delivery promised 7-14 days. After quite await I had to phone because I had heard nothing. I was told that they had staff problems? Phoned again 2 weeks later excuse this time was volume of orders. My complaint is that without my phone calls I would have not known anything. More phone calls and emails sent. Order finally arrived 15th march but last email stated five to seven days. It arrived following day with one panel missing. Still waiting. Very disappointed with service. It was just as well we were in that day or we would not have able to sign for it.

Ordered a shed from Everest sheds as I hadn’t had a delivery date I emailed Everest and Mark got back to me straight away…he told me the shed has been delayed…which was fine. Mark kept in touch with me and gave me updates until the shed was delivered…Mark was absolutely amazing …his customer service is 2nd to none…I’ve never had customer service like this before!!

Excellent product, well packaged and delivered in perfect condition.

Was given a delivery date of 24th February, no show. Then, 2 weeks following, I was told it had been despatched twice still no show, so cancelled order.
Not a happy customer.

The product is brilliant very good value & quality , but communications about poor delivery , we took 2 days off work to build this , and it didn’t arrive , we later found out had not even been given to the courier so we had to wait another week for delivery ! But on the whole I would by again , but take the delivery days with a pince of salt
