It’s a good shed and well made. The drawback is that the door is flimsy as are the door securing devices.
The service was good and good communication with the office.
The delivery was apparently only to the kerb however the delivery man was helpful and assisted us to get it into the property.

Staff were terrific. They reorganised a convenient delivery after the delivery company for a bit ahead of themselves. Though the shed appears solid the shed furniture - door hinges, handle very small/flimsy.

Order was received within 10 days. it was well boxed up on a pallet. I am in process of painting everything with the recommended wood treatment. Will update review once i have assembled it.

Update -Downgraded from 5 star to 2 star after I bought a second garden room: I ordered a second shed with pent roof, the shed is terrible and water gets in everywhere even though I have installed correctly, the entire thing is damp and just filling with mildew and mould at the moment, unlike the pitched-roof shed I bought ans installed first which is still pristine. Great quality shed and looks good. There were a few small issues I had to sort including the battening on the roof sticking out to far and not allowing the tongue and groove roof sections to fit snugly together, but was an easy fix. On delivery the driver left the palette quite far from my house as it was too large to fit through my gate. Might want to consider packing the bit into two smaller parcels, took 1h30mins to move everything across. Apart from that the shed is great. I also took the shed base pack which works well and easy to assemble.

Purchased the 8x6 pent roof potting shed.
I have not assembled it yet, so can’t comment on that part, but was impressed with the customer service, where I received a couple of calls to arrange delivery on the day which suited me, then another call to make sure it had arrived in good condition, very good to actually speak to someone just incase there are any issues.
The shed arrived very well packed dry and in very good condition, I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

delivery driver arrived with all the necessary equipment to offload into my drive he was polite and friendly all I had to do was watch & sign D/Note

I ordered some shelving which promptly arrived but was the wrong size. I emailed them and almost immediately they responded with an apology and that the correct size had been dispatched. Their response to a problem was immediate and polite. Good company
