BEWARE. EVisa does business as Passporta.com. The landing page looks like it’s representing the UK government. This site is very deceptive. I started filling out the form only to be asked for payment half way through the application process. This should have been a signal that something was off. I thought I was done but after I paid they asked me for even more passport related information. It was then that I realized this was a private company. The application is very deceptive. I immediately sent an email asking for a refund. They denied my request. They did process the visa application but I paid $94 USD for a $20 visa. I feel cheated.

Very disappointing service i would give 0 if i could
I had a very poor experience with this company.I paid for an “E Visa Express” service as i need my visa urgently for Umrah (hotel and flight already paid)
In reality, I was later told to handle everything myself with the embassy, which completely defeats the purpose of the service I paid for. I tried contacting the embassy multiple times: no response, no appointment system, no support at all.
Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I spoke to a representative who introduced herself as “Rose” (not sure if that was her real name). She was unpleasant, offered no solution, and eventually hung up the phone on me. After that, my attempts to call back were ignored.
When a paid service neither provides coordination nor support and then refuses a refund, that is simply unacceptable. If you expect real assistance or professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We want to bring to your attention that, upon submitting your application on our website, you selected that you understand you may be sent to the indicated Saudi embassy to complete the visa process. The Immigration Office selects the Saudi embassy based on your current residence. Since your application has been processed and forwarded to the Immigration Office for further assessment, along with the nonrefundable consular fee, we are unable to reverse the process and issue a refund.
You were being aggressive towards our Agent, who calmly handled your call from start to finish. She explained the procedure, informed you that the refund cannot be processed, and said that our Agency is not responsible for contacting the Embassy on your behalf or booking the appointment.
Not even once did she raise a voice, and instead, she provided the needed information and informed you about the status of your request. In any further questions please feel free to rach out to us at support@evisa.express.

Almost perfect, with some flaws.
It would be helpful to give a list of needed items (credit card, photo etc..) before you start the procedure, otherwise you have to take breaks and get your things together.

My Lifetime Experience to apply for ETA Visa
It took me a day to prepare and apply for the UK Visa (ETA) and I was surprised for my visa to be approved within two hours and sent to me.
I usually apply for visa to travel to other countries and it takes weeks to process the visa. With EVISA.EXPREES. I would say, it it something worth experiencing because this is my lifetime experience. I would encourage those traveling to UK, use EVISA.EXPRESS.
It takes one press of a button and you receive the visa. All it needs, your passport bio page, your recent selfie photo and fees and your visa will come. For selfie photo, stand straight upright, clean the background of your selfie photo and attached to your application.
If your photo is not properly scanned, you will get response from EVISA.Express advising you to immediately get a new one. Read carefully, do the right thin and you will succeed within hours
