Expensive, I don't understood that was an intermefiary, expensivr
Everything was great, I recevied in short time the answer for ETA, but I didn't know that you are an intermediary. It was very expensive, and I don't like that in a way was like the company hide this. I n my situation, because I had time was more resonable do pay direct to ambassy to be more cheaper. It is a big difference. Anyway the service war very good but too expensive.

Everything went smoothly and completed quickly. However I did not realise I was not on the Gov site and it cost about 4 times the cost of doing directly with the Gov site.
