Just so easy to get and use

Very easy to use; queries are always dealt with quickly and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable.

impossible to access the voucher. eventually a helpful lady called Natalie, gave me the card numbers over the phone.Please make it easier next time.

I had a very good experience with it. But, my experience would have been better if I knew everything about claiming it. For example, when, and how long to keep it for before it expires. Apart from not knowing that, before hand, the voucher gifts were fantastic, so handy, and incredibly helpful. They were quite easy to be redeemed in stores, and the stores are already aware of them. But, I will like to suggest extending them to online grocery shopping to also benefit those who are unable to shop physically and have nobody to help them. I will also like to suggest extending the Evouchers to more stores like Aldi and Lidl to accommodate more people who need help. Some stores, like Sainsbury's, now compare their prices with Aldi prices. That says a lot. I will also like to suggest extending the Evouchers lifespan to 6 months instead of 3 months, and ensure that all recipients are fully aware of the expiry dates? This is very important. I wish I could have them always, especially when I am out of pockets. I did enjoy my bonanza. Thank you very much.

Im highly suspicious! The so called card did not state during process where to take the card to redeem it!! Im highly suspicious of the reviews on here also. May be great for school/parent vouchers but for Energy I truly believ someone here is clearly scamming as all the steps we followed did not give us an option as to where to rederm the card, despite trying to choose! There simply was no choice.
Plus I want to know where the funding for our voucher originated from so I can contact them and highligh our concerns and to choose a more appropriate provider for energy cards!
Seriously this is not right at all, very, very suspicious. Plus they hide behind a web page that you can only raise 'tickets' with.

The whole process was smooth and trouble free. Highly recommend!

My wife and, I mr and Mrs Nelson,we realised this e- vouchers from the very first day we received for kids.

We also realise the benefits they give us as parents.

Especially this time of the year when course of living is sky rocketing. Do yeah, it's helpful to us ,and we do believe not just us ,however, to all parents out there.

And finally, we would be very grateful if Lidl and Aldi could be added to the retailers because some of us live very close to Lidl and And Aldi but,very far from the other retailers.

It was a good help during hard times. Unfortunately needs a more to improve as everything is so expensive these days. Kindly provide a jobs those are willing to do a work instead of given out a small amount of money is just like a peanuts in camels mouth please.

Specially when you living in a car and facing all sorts of weather no proper meals no money to buy coffee or tea or any healthy food please.

I asked several occasions for work permission / unrevoked driving my driving licence, I can apply any jobs, but what I learned here some people are enjoying to see vulnerable Individuals for suffering with no amount of money and living apart with thier families. Absolutely unacceptable at all please.

I was just suffered due to hate or absolutely false elegations towards me and spread it like a wild fire, misusing thier power of authirity/ manipulating/ twisting things and spreading locally without asking a my version please. Who will be responsible to pay this defamation please.
