Title: Money goes in… then disappears. £90 taken back by Evouchers.
I don’t often leave reviews like this, but this needs calling out.
Refunds from Octopus Energy were successfully returned to my Evouchers balance — and then subsequently removed by Evouchers, leaving the balance at £0.
The transaction history shows this clearly:
£5 refunded → later removed by Evouchers
£85 refunded → credited → then removed again by Evouchers
Total missing: £90
This is not a retailer issue. The funds are reaching the voucher correctly and are then being taken back within the Evouchers system.
I have contacted support multiple times. The responses have been either generic or non-existent, with no explanation of where the money has gone or why it has been removed.
At this point, I am left with documented evidence of funds being credited and then disappearing, and no meaningful engagement from Evouchers to resolve it.
I have now escalated this formally and will pursue recovery through official channels if necessary.
Evouchers are welcome to respond publicly with an explanation and, more importantly, the return of the £90.
