No Paper Receipt from Evri, No Proof of Postage

Anyone selling on platforms like Vinted should think twice before using Evri. They no longer provide a paper receipt meaning if something goes wrong you have no redress against them. In my case I scanned the label provided by Vinted at the Evri drop off shop being advised I would receive an email receipt. It didn't arrive and when I tried to track the parcel it said it was still with the sender! I went back to the shop the next day but there was no sign of the parcel. Ultimately this was a complete loss for me although Vinted did refund the purchaser. With hindsight I would have taken a picture of the details on the scanner machine but am now thinking it's best not to use Evri who just told me to go back to Vinted for help. I wonder what happens to all those parcels floating around in the Evri system that have a label and a tracking code on them? Come on Evri you can do better than this! To top it all Vinted states the item was cancelled because I didn't send it in time!!

Disappearing parcels

Everytime I order red bulls or pure orange they get put on hold never to be seen again
Contacted evri and they never did anything because it has happened about 6 more times

I was expecting three parcels

I was expecting three parcels, only one arrived. The only communication I get is that the delivery is delayed but with no indication of when it will arrive. The help is next to useless because they dictate what you want to say.

They are an example of the worst kind of business practices yet they are putting better companies who charge more (but do the job and pay their staff) out of business.

Avoid using them. If you order on line, insist that you don't want Evri. Pass this on. We need to teach Evri a lesson. The sooner we put them out of business, the better.

EVRI extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I think the local courier delivery man is at fault. Tried to complain about him, but you cannot speak to a human. All parcels through March are undelivered by him on his round. Had to contact the sellers and cancel further orders. Was thinking of seeking Police advice regards theft as EVRI are not interested. Poor service from EVRI. Communication is very weak.

Words fail me

Words fail me. I wrote a review about poor experience.
Got a standard generated reply inviting me to call as I had previously. I did. Quoted the tracking number and was disconnected in exactly the same manner as before.
This company is beyond awful.

My ref of my delivery H05QTA0212466773

I should of got my home delivery today 12 sleeping bags for Chesterfield pathways a charity that helps the needed and the homeless as im a very very loyal support too ... yet it got email can't deliver today as there is bad weather in your area will try delivery next working day .... bad weather its sunny with a tiny breeze ... no bad weather at all.... EVRI are getting worse then better they don't listen to your complaints as they keep making the same mistakes over and over again....

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service EVER
customer service is non existent. They have had my parcel for 25 days with no updates in the last 2 weeks. Ezra the useless bot is no help at all. I have requested a phone call so many times, never get one. Emails from "Claire" word for word the same as with previous deliveries that never turned up. Just automated responses. Trying to phone I have left messages requesting someone phone me, no one ever does. I will never want to order from anyone that uses Evri

DO NOT ORDER IF THEY ARE THE CARRIER…

In the depot for 2 days and still no tracking detail that it is out for delivery.
I’m 62 and can say with total honesty this is the worst company for customer service.

My advice is if your potential supplier uses Evri then don’t order. Go elsewhere. You have been warned.

Operated by useless robots & managed by idiots.

Communication is less than useless.First time I have used them,not impressed.Unable to speak to anyone,robot is useless. After spending my precious time on the Live Chat & getting nowhere asks is there anything else I can help you with.

TWO SEPERATE PARCELS, drivers are confused!

RIDICULOUS! Email me or phone me if needed, I have left tracking number multiple times when I rang your number about 8 times and reported this to the retailer.
Evri, WHERE IS MY PARCEL??
Your driver got lost on 26th March then delivered it days later. NOW THE ONE your driver say was delivered to me and showed a hand holding a parcel with an unrecognisable ground, is NOT MY AREA. Consider not paying these drivers or deducting their pay when delivering to wrong address and to go back to address to claim what was delivered wrongly.

Just an update on previous review.to this day 30/03/26. I have had 10 emails from them mostly Clairre promising every time to look for my parcel.never got any satisfaction .may I point out to others like myself what you insured parcel for does not matter in court.legally when you pay for them to deliver it is a legally binding contract. If they fail they are in breach.excuse spelling I am 82 and have Parkinsons good luck to u all

I had a delivery

I had a delivery. I live in a flat with an intercom entry .they buzzed my flat and when I answered they said there's a a parcel for you and said to come down and fetch it and before I could answer they hung up .so I went down and my delivery of 4 bar stools was on the street and the guy had gone .and left it on the street .disgusting service

Rings neighbours bell I am in causes trouble

The courier keeps ringing neighbours bell, getting me into trouble with neighbours.
I am at home all the time due to illness.
Tried to get through with Evri chat, they may as well not have chat.never get an answers . Hopes service.
If you have a problem with Evri don't expect to get it sorted, it won't happen

APPALLING COMPANY ABSOLUTE WORST STAY AWAY

it is impossible. Evri have designed a system to never be able to respond. I have tried the phone, the email, the incident report system, no one responds, total FAILURE. No humnas, no answers, just more and more guff about 'please enter your...' GETS NO WHERE - STAY AWAY APPALLOING COMPANY THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER.

ordered item from amazon on next day…

ordered item from amazon on next day delivery not knowing evri were going to deliver it. Guess what didnt turn up. Then had email saying attempted delivery today they have been nowhere near the place. Why do. companies use this useless carrier.
