I absolutely detest getting the vacuum cleaner out just to clean a small area, part of a room etc. Not only is it clunky and awkward but NOISY. I remembered fondly my Mum's Ewbank Carpet Cleaner and wondered whether they still exist ? Indeed they do. Miracle of miracles, they are even better ! My new model is sleek, shiny black, lightweight, incredibly easy to use, easy to store. (You can dismantle the handle if necessary) and above all the do the job brilliantly. I tested mine out on a quite deep pile rug near our pet parrot's cage, within seconds it was apparent that my new Ewbank could handle this tough job. I didn't have to push it to and fro over the same spot, it cleaned up first time, perfectly and it is QUIET ! Delighted with it.

We had 2 replacement handles as the one that came with the carpet sweeper broke after a month. Very pleased with carpet sweeper for cleaning carpet.

Utter garbage, the product and the customer service.

After having the product now for two weeks and the patio tool not working whatsoever, as it doesn’t remain on the ground it just floats around in the air spraying in lots of different directions. The customer service has been shocking. From being advised to do different things that it doesn’t even have as a feature, to them being told that eventually to send it back. Of course for the privilege of sending it back I have to take a day off work and waiting all day to accommodate them, as they have zero interest in doing anything that resembles Customer Service.

Stop advising that your customer service team will be in touch soon, as firstly they never are and it’s myself that has to chase you. And secondly, your customer service team despite me asking to speak to somebody else given the ongoing stupidity of the situation and some of the responses repeatedly ignore this so it is like banging your head against a brick wall.

I accept your product is garbage, I accept the level of service you provide is garbage. In the meantime, I now have to wait with your garbage in my house to be picked up and then wait to be dropped back off to you and then wait to get my money back.

Lesson learnt going forward I will deal direct with Amazon because dealing direct with the company I now accept whilst it earns you more money it is nothing but complications for us as customers.

Customer advisor who took my order was so polite and helpful.

I work for a repair cafe and a client brought in a 3 year old Ewbank 3032 vacuum with a broken roller brush. We contacted Ewbank and were told spares are not available as the model has been discontinued! Next I tried Ebay and the net but none on there. So this cleaner is now junk. Ewbank obviously consider their products as disposable items.
* Usual corporate placatory message, no follow up, problem still unresolved.
** Well its been a week now since Leva Strikaityte said Ewbank customer services would contact me and guess what, nothing! If I had a phone number and could pronounce their name, I would give them a ring...
*** Of course they never contacted us, after sending several emails they just sent a link to buy a Ewbank replacement model! In their dreams, my next vacuum cleaner will have spare parts available! This company sucks.

Original handle snapped and wouldn’t screw back. The replacement one is much stronger, with metal fastenings instead of original plastic ones. The sweeper itself is excellent, easy to use and store behind kitchen door, ready for action.

It was very easy for me to find the product I needed form the Ewbank website. The delivery arrived when expected.

All was excellent but I ordered the wrong part but I’m trying to order the correct part by telephone, so far without success

Quite surprised really good carpet cleaner ,only one thing ,the trigger a bit hard to use ,but otherwise good product

The jet washer has good pressure and water flow but where the bottom of the lance seats broke on first use and the patio brush with the lance on are to flimsy
