This is the second time we have used Excelsior Cars and once again we weren't disappointed. Our driver Rocco was a very intelligent, friendly and trustworthy gentleman who safely drove us to our destination on time. Thank you Rocco!

We used Excelsior Cars for our trip to the airport and back home for holiday!
We chose these guys purely for the fact they were the only place that offered child seats for the little one!
Very impressed with the service, as we cocked up on pick up time sending the Spanish time for landing instead of English 🤦🏻‍♂️ but Abid the boss of the company came and picked us up to make sure we got home with no waiting around! Lovely bloke easy to talk to and very very tidy cars too 👌🏻

Drivers arrived on time for both the to and from journeys. Cars were clean and well cared for. Both drivers were courteous and very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Easy to use website, prompt response to request for booking. This is the third time we've used Excelsior to take us to Birmingham Airport & pick us up again. Always on time, friendly and on this occasion I needed to change our pick up time at short notice which was confirmed instantly. Billy was our driver on this occasion, really lovely & friendly. I used Excelsior cars for the first time in July, we received a grate service on our journey to and from the airport, so I was happy to use them again for my recent trip, again excellent service. I have recommended them to my daughter for him upcoming trip in October

Booked airport transport with this company for the first time and they were fantastic. I struggled to find a taxi company that provided car seats for babies but this was no problem with excelsior. They were extremely helpful when booking and turned up at the requested time. On the return journey kamran was waiting to greet us and sent a text prior to let us know he had arrived and where he was waiting. He was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and I'd definitely book again.

I needed to be picked up from hospital after surgery and taken 3 hours away. I didn’t know what time I would get out but Excelsior went above and beyond remaining flexible and waiting nearly all day for me!
The driver, Billy was very helpful and considerate with my condition. His driving was excellent and he was very friendly with great conversation. I would highly recommend Excelsior for any journey. I can’t thank them and Billy enough. 👍🏽

We have used Excelsior Cars for some years now for journeys to Cornwall and back and returns to and from Heathrow to Birmingham. They are the ultimate professionals and ensure our journeys are stress free and enjoyable. The drivers are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to provide a smooth, happy drive.

We have recently had to change our Birmingham to Heathrow booking with them three times due to changes in flights and personal circumstances and they have been so helpful in accommodating us and changing the booking. We would never use anyone else.

After searching the internet for a taxi for our airport transfers and finding every company wanted to charge us the earth for 8 of us, we finally came across Excelsior cars and their quote was so much cheaper, so we booked straight away..!! From that moment we was not disappointed..!!
Communication was fantastic and both drivers who picked us up were so kind, Friendly, helpful and professional.
My only regret is that I never found this company earlier for previous airport transfers...!!! Will definitely be using them again in the future

I recently had to take a taxi from Worcestershire to Gatwick because I had a broken leg. The service was excellent and although expensive for me, the cost was not unreasonable for the ask. Highly recommend
