Great experience so far…

We are currently dealing with PSG and have specifically been dealing with Harriet and Josh. Both of them have been lovely. Very helpful with great communications from the start. They’ve been reassuring and patient whilst waiting for solicitors checks etc. Also they have been so pleased and happy for our family on purchasing our new home. Professional team and company

Im so grateful to Tom, Harriot, Alison and Tracy for their kindness, patience and professionalism.  I'd recommend this company any day. We used Property Solutions to completely renovate a property

We used Property Solutions to completely clear and then renovate a property which had been allowed to deteriorate over several years and was in a terrible condition before the work began. The requirement was to clear all of the house contents and then carrying out a full re-wire and a complete re-plastering of all walls and ceilings. Once this was completed, the property was to be fully re-painted, and a new central heating system, a new kitchen and a new bathroom fitted, along with new carpets and laminate flooring throughout. In all, a considerable amount of work which took a total of eight months to complete. Harriet, our contact at Property Solutions was always friendly, helpful and totally professional throughout the whole process, eventually arranging a meeting for us to view the completed work.

Although our first impression on entering the house was very good, we were surprised to find a team of painters still working there. As a result, we felt rather obliged to hurry the viewing so as not to get in the way of work that should already have been completed. Despite that, our first impression was that the house was now bright and clean with brand new fittings – a massive improvement over its original condition.

However, we returned for a more thorough inspection about two weeks later and discovered many, many snags. The paintwork finish was extremely poor, plastering in some areas had not been finished properly, the carpet in one of the bedrooms had been very poorly laid and appliances in the kitchen (the cooker, extractor hood and a socket for a washing machine) had not been wired in – despite the insistence by a contractor to Property Solutions that they had been! The list of issues went on and on. Doors that wouldn't close, a stairwell banister completely missing and a water leak from one of the new radiators etc. etc. All relatively minor snags, but disappointing non the less. Having said all of this, we understand that with any major renovation work, things do get missed, but the measure of a company is what they do about it when things go wrong and to be fair, Property solutions took prompt action (thanks to Barry who worked directly with the contractor) to work through the extensive list of snags, completing 95% to our complete satisfaction.

As a first-time buyer

As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process quite daunting at first, but Property Solutions Group made it much easier. They were incredibly helpful throughout and always took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently.

A special thank you to Joshua Burr, who was supportive whenever I needed guidance, particularly when I raised questions regarding the fee structure. His help made the experience far less stressful and much more straightforward.

I would like to say that Grace, who was helping me regarding the sale of my cousin's house, was extremely helpful and professional, and I felt very fortunate to be dealing with such a helpful member of your team. Awful experience awful operatives

This company is an example of profiting from poverty. They work by employing contractors on a self employed basis. I don't think skill comes into. My last review was flagged as I used the person's name however positive review with peoples names stay a self example of manipulation.
Operatives did absolutely nothing made lots of assesments and judgements the operative was aggressive maybe triggered by the colour of my skin and where so rude even in the carpark shouting and using my name. Tried to complain directly to the company they ignored me. With plenty of other businesses out there I just don't know why anyone would need to or want to use this one. South Yorkshire

Thank you for your feedback. We take these concerns seriously and want to clarify again that your comments relate to a contractor-not Property Solutions Group (PSG) directly.

PSG was asked to assist the estate in sourcing quotes for required works. We provided several options, and the contractor was selected by the estate-not by PSG. We did not manage or oversee the contractor’s conduct, nor were we involved in their operational decisions.

Your review includes serious allegations, including claims of discriminatory behaviour. We find these deeply troubling and want to be clear: PSG is proud to be an inclusive organisation, with a team from diverse backgrounds. Any suggestion of discrimination by our staff is unfounded and unfair.

We understand how distressing it can be to feel mistreated, and if you have a formal complaint regarding the contractor, we are more than willing to support you in raising it with the appropriate parties. Should the concerns be substantiated, we would advocate for their removal from future engagements we assist with. You’re welcome to contact me directly-I’ll do what I can to help and escalate the matter to the contractor’s owner.

Regarding your previous review: it was not removed because you named the contractor, but because it related to another business entirely and did not meet Trustpilot’s guidelines for relevance.

We respectfully ask that reviews reflect PSG’s actual role in this matter. Misrepresenting our involvement risks unfairly damaging the reputation of a team that was not responsible for the conduct described.

Great work & stressfree from Jake

I will never go with these again …

Yes you dealt with my parents esatate yes, and sold at stupid price and we was nevrr spoken to about how you dealt with this sale , has when i spoke with a agent we were never allowed to be told anythink had always go back to you in which we wasnt up dated at all never for replies, you dealt with the house under our noses , sorry if you dnt like my review but there is no lies here at all.

You was dealing with my mums estate so yes this involves you do dnt try make it this doesn't involve you has it does. I'm allowed a opinion and this is true to my knowledge .

And yea i was with you , you dealt with our inheritance zoe thn passes to joah a bloody junior in training ...I will never go with these again nothink but trouble, very rude in emails , offered go in talk wouldn't allow , my mum been passed away nearly 3 years my sister can't get her inheritance they said she has tell thm in writing what she wants for my mum paid good money to these people when she was alive 😢 they made many mistakes on way undercut our inheritance so had wait longer to be rectified no remorse from these people all can say is stay clear if inheritance your dealing with .

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts again. I understand this has been a deeply emotional and frustrating experience for you and your family, and I’m genuinely sorry for the distress it has caused.

However, I must respectfully reiterate that Property Solutions Group (PSG) was not responsible for managing your mother’s estate or the inheritance process. Our involvement was limited to the sale of the property, which we carried out at no cost to your family and strictly in accordance with the instructions provided to us.

To clarify, PSG does not reduce property prices independently. Price adjustments are only considered when a property receives little or no interest, and even then, we can only act on formal instruction from the executor of the estate-whether that be a Trust, solicitor, charity, yourself, or your sister. We follow the direction of whomever your mother legally appointed to oversee her affairs.

Matters relating to inheritance, communication with Zoe and Joah, and any delays or decisions regarding your sister’s entitlement are entirely outside PSG’s remit. These are handled by the trust company, and we’ve previously encouraged you to direct those concerns to them so your family can make progress.

I understand you feel let down, and I’m sorry that your experience with the wider process has been so difficult. However, continuing to direct these frustrations toward PSG misrepresents our role and unfairly damages the reputation of a team that was not involved in the issues you’ve described.

We’ve responded to your concerns multiple times and offered support where possible. At this stage, we must respectfully step back. If you wish to pursue this further, I recommend contacting the trust company directly. Should you choose to respond to my email, I will gladly support you in reaching the relevant party.
