Ordered this Razor from an instagram Ad. Never received and now even my confirmation email is a dead end! It's a total SCAM!!

I ordered a razor mid April, after not receiving it a month later, I emailed and I asked for them to cancel my order and refund my money. A couple days later, I received an email saying they cancelled my order and I should get a refund in 24-48 hours. I never received my money back. I emailed them again with no response. I emailed them 1 month later and still no response. I have emailed them so many times with no response. I don't expect any reply. Definitely a scam.

Do not order or use this razor! I used mine for the first time this morning, with just one stroke of the razor it as ripped my leg to shreds, I’ve had to dress it. I would attach a photo, but it doesn’t give me that option.

BLOODY SCAM.

I have already written off my $$$ but It is infuriating to know that I was duped.

Do not buy this item, it shred your legs everytime and when you ask for a refund as stated on their website “money back guarantee” they refuse to give you one unless you return it, which happens to be an address in china which will cos you over £10 to do.
If you don’t return it they will only offer you 35% refund.

I ordered a razor and blades in March. It is now July - and nothing has turned up. When I go to the emails and the links in the emails I get warnings from Norton suspicious links. Total Scam and phishing. I am worried about personal details being harvested.

Total scam!!!! I ordered the razor 4 months ago tried to contact them 20 times no response no product I wish I would’ve done my home work!!! Don’t get ur money stolen like I did!!

I ordered the 2 pack and 100 blades combo on April 2nd, it's now June 11th and I never received any of it. I got a shipping notification for all, when I click on it now, the website is gone. SCAM, save your money I'd give it zero stars if I could.

It was a scam. The items didn't arrive. A tracking link was sent with the order, which was processing forever. They don't reply to emails. I checked again and realised the order and tracking link were unavailable. Their website is also no longer available.

Never received my order from April. The site is no longer available. SCAM!!

Wish I had checked these reviews earlier! This company is a scam. No product. No email. No replies. Money gone! So disappointed! Do not shop here.

I ordered in February. Filed a claim with my bank in March. Then, they sent me the wrong order. 10 razors instead of 100 and 3 shavers instead of 2. They won’t respond to my emails. So, I tried the razor and it doesn’t work at all!

What a joke! No response from them and have messaged them multipule times! Phone numbers don't work. DO NOT waste your time and money! This comes from china. This is scam and good luck getting your money back!!

Scam!! Never received order! Multiple contacts...and nothing!

I would give this 0/5 stars if I could. I never received my order and it’s been over a month! It’s a SCAM! Don’t order from here ever!!!

Absolute SCAM!! I was initially dubious but convinced myself to purchase from this company at the start of March. When no products arrived around mid April I sent an email using their info address. Got a "thanks for letting us know, we're on it" email.
Today, 24th May, still no products delivered so I follwed up again threatening action, not holding out much hope. Clicked on the store link from my original order - gooone baby. Stay away.

This item ships directly from China. I placed my order 2 months ago and still have yet to even receive the item. Buyers should be notified ahead of time that it takes over a month to receive. I have contacted the company at least three times, and I only got a response to my first email. In order to get a refund, you have to pay to ship it back to China. The product is so cheap, the shipping would cost more than the product cost. Do not purchase from this company, do not trust their website!

Just wanted to add- the company that shows up on your credit card for this product is “gimmicky gadgets”. Stay away!
