If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 2 months ago and never received my order. Emailed several times and never got a response. Complete scam.

I ordered almost 2 months ago and never got my order. Total scam. So mad I fell for it. Don’t buy things on Instagram!

Like many others have said, I wish I had done my research here before ordering. This is a total scam. Order placed almost 2 months ago, received a tracking number, but the package (in China) still hasn't been picked up by the carrier, so nothing received. I did receive an email response (a week after I sent it), but not holding my breath I'll ever receive any product.

ZERO stars - would give negative stars if that was available. COMPLETE SCAM! As others have reported, do not order from this company! Wish I would have read reviews first. Ordered and never received a product. Website says they ship from Miami but tracking was from China and never updated. I emailed countless times with no response. I even attempted contact through their website. I will now have to file a fraudulent charge report with my bank.

It’s such a shame because I only found this product from a Facebook advert which seemed to have great reviews, don’t trust Facebook or Instagram adverts ethier wait for the website to be put on trust pilot! Too many scammers around

Like the others, can’t give a zero star review. Paid extra for “front of the line” shipping, and took over a month to arrive. When it did, there was no branding, just a plain brown box that says “safety razor” with box of flimsy blades that says “Byfing Eagle, Shanghai China”. Everything is cheap and clearly not from a legit company, completely false advertising. I’ve received the product so not sure if I can still do a chargeback but it sounds like from everyone else they won’t give me a refund. Can’t reach anyone on their site. Complete scam.

Required to give a star to leave a review. As others have said, do not order from this company. Ordered and never received a product. The fact of no social media presence is a major red flag. Stay far away. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. I have filed a chargeback with my bank and credit card company.

Huge scam! Ordered, waited months, approached them via email was given a dodgy tracking number that did not exist.

Call your bank and ask them to help you! Also reach out to the accc as they’re the regulators for this illegal activity.

Total fraud. Paid for it and nothing was delivered.

Don't buy from exfolilux or any ad off instagram. All are scams. Cheap razor and no razor blades. Took over 3 months to arrive. You are better off buying from Amazon because you can always return if the product is of a poor standard. This is a cheap Chinese knock off claimi g to be endorsed by Taylor Swift. It isn't this company. Report the company to your local trading standards office. I want a refund. Cheap Chinese products and the razor doesn't even work.

Firstly what a shambles! If I knew it was a dodgy company I wouldn’t have bothered ordering! Should have come here first!

I placed the order for the GLIDE 2.0 razor and 100 razor blades and got a free exfoliation glove, was under the impression it would take 4-7 days delivery as stated on their website, this order was placed on Friday 23rd February, 2 weeks had passed and still no products - checked my tracking and nothing - fast forward to the 8th March and it had just been processed then saw it’s coming from China?! Their website said it was UK delivery so another lie!

Finally arrived today and it is not what was advertised; the razor looks nothing like the one shown, instead of 100 razor blades they sent 10 flimsy cheap Chinese branded ones that look nothing like they advertised either!

I have claimed my money back from my bank luckily - stay well alway from this company! Wouldn’t trust using this razor so it’s now in the bin.

Absolute fraud, no interaction from them after payment, been almost a month and nothing has turned up. I have sent them countless emails and no response. The tracking information has not been updated since the beginning of the month. Do not buy from this company!

Do not order….. total scam multiple emails sent and zero response!!! Will be taking legal action to claim refund!!!

Supposedly 4-7 day shipping but took over a month and only got shipping updates after i sent an email to complain. Doesn’t come with any blades which should be in the description so haven’t been able to actually use

Total SCAM! Never received the products since February 16. They claim it “shipped” however the tracking number provided has shown “parcel data submitted to carrier” since March 6 without any updates. No response to multiple messages to Exfolilux. Total SCAM website. Avoid!!
