Scam!!! Ordered over a month ago, never received. No responses to emails, etc.

Bad bad bad! Total scam. No response no matter how many times contact them as still haven’t received my order almost a month later!!

Spam ‘notification’ about order delivery but looks like a complete fake email. Do not order or use!!

Order not received. Unanswered emails to customer services.
Fake tracking links.
Points to a scam.

UPDATE 14/04/24: BE WARNED WHEN COMPLETING A CHARGEBACK.
I’d raised a chargeback with my card provider 18/03. I received an email 19/03 asking me to cancel the chargeback and provided tracking details. Upon receipt of the product (I couldn’t believe my eyes) I had only
Received 10 shoddy Chinese blades instead of the 100 quality blades I’d ordered. So I left the dispute as was because I hadn’t received what I orders and emailed the company to advise them of this. They proceeded to send evidence to my card provider where they DOCTORED the only email they sent me to state that it was delivered on 28/03/24 - well seeing as the email was sent on 19/03 and was on the evidence, that’s not possible to have known that it was delivered as the event hadn’t even happened on 19/03. They also lied and said they had contacted me multiple times which is a lie. So just be extremely careful and save down all evidence.

I ordered on 13th Feb and still have not received my order. Despite emailing them multiple times they chose not to respond. So yesterday I raised a chargeback with my card provider, I woke up to an email this morning from them to say they’d received notification of a chargeback! Asked me to cancel the chargeback when I received the product. Funny that isn’t it. Do not order from this company an absolute joke, such a scam, and thankfully I’ve not lost out (even though the money is small)

Exact same story as the other reviews! The company is a fake and claims to have shipped your package. You can’t contact them by phone and they ignore all your emails. Then they send you a dodgy email from a weird email address saying your package is having delays but they will you keep you updated, but still it never arrives. Thankfully the bank got me my money back. If you have ordered from this company contact your bank asap.

Ordered 13 Feb - email to say partly shipped on 17 Feb - to date no goods. No answer to emails. Do NOT use them - they are scam artists!

Please don't order from this company! Several attempts to contact customer service. Their phone number is fake, no emails back, said it was shipped then got "held up in customs"

Scam. Ordered 2 Feb. tracking says sent on 7 Feb. emails are not responded to. Still no update on courier tracking details as of 10 March. Do not waste your money.

Do not place an order with this company. It is a complete scam. I placed an order on 2/11/24 and have not received my order or any updates.

This company is a complete scam. Ordered back at the start of feb. Within a day my order had changed to “partially shipped” and that is where its been sat at. I’ve received nothing. Its a joke company- who have completely ignored FIVE emails now. My moneys gone. Don’t buy anything from these charletons.

I placed my order on February 13, and it shipped the 17th. Their website says orders ship from their warehouse in Miami, Florida, but my tracking shows it's coming from China. To date, the tracking hasn't updated and my emails to Exfolilux have gone unanswered. Planning on submitting a chargeback via my credit card if I still don't receive within 90 days. What a scam.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered the razor and blades to be shipped to where I was on vacation, the site says shipped in 2-3 days from Miami, the receipt says first class shipping 4-7 days, all good, except I didn't even get a shipping notice for 13 days, the product is shipping from China NOT Miami, it still hasn't shipped, I have emailed numerous times with no response, I have called numerous times but their line is continuously busy, so there is no way to reach the incredibly awful customer service. I would never buy from this company again and I would advise others to stay away. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company since I think the whole thing is a lie and a scam in my experience.

SCAM! I order my set about 2 weeks ago and have not received any further information! Also no answer to my email.. seems like others have experienced the same and it's a pity that people keep being scammed from this website. Any way to report?

SCAM!!! Everything the other reviews stated is true! No response from customer service. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. Still have not heard from them after multiple attempts!!

I ordered my razor over a month ago and have no ability to find out where my order is, such a scam! How has no one replied from customer services from my numerous emails? I’ll submit this review to their email but it will go nowhere.

ordered mine a long time ago and is still not shipped. this is SCAM!!!

Ordered my razor and stuff on the 9th of of Feb and payed extra for ‘skip the line’ shipping (impatient lol).
Heard nothing until the 17th of Feb saying it had been shipped, but when checking the ‘courier’ website, it just says information received.
Fast forward to today (29th Feb) and the courier site has not changed and now Exfolilux website is no longer available/no longer exists 😂
Just a heads up in case some copies of the website pop up!

This website is a SCAM!! Don't waste your money, they take it and never deliver the product, customer services doesn't exist.
