Fingers Crossed so far so good
Advice has been on point and rapid, a decent rnge of products but really I came here because of the reviews on Trustpilot.....Health cover is an expensive business so finger crossed these people check out. I would give 5 stars but it's not cheap enough for that :-)

Impossible to talk to anybody in Malaysia office
Impossible to talk to anybody over the weekend. I urgently needed to renew my annual policy and had questions to ask (in UAE so could not wait for London office to open) before my family flies later today but the Malaysia office number given just says there is no available agent even though it was either side of midday local time when I placed my calls to try and talk to someone.
