It is easy to book
It is easy to book. Last year when I had a query, everyone was extremely helpful and kept my mind at rest. When I have had to claim, it was a clear, straightforward process.

Expatriatehealthcare.com ...the insurarance company to avoid at all costs!!! No follow up part 3!
On my last complaint about the non-feedback of the staff at expatriatehealthcare.com ...a reply was issued that it was apparently directed to the department ...
That was over a month ago!!! Can you see why it is hard to believe this company is
1) legitimate?
2) potentially scamming potential clients?
3) employing AAA grade morons?
4) telephone lines never get answered. EVER!!!!
5) I think Trustpilot must investigate whether this company is indeed real and where there is an email address where a complaint can be lodged other than the fake ones as I never receive any feedback!!!
I have since managed to find out where their CEO is and sent screenshots of all my correspondences and zero replies.
I will also go on hellopeter and advise anyone who is considering to join to rather invest in a ponzee scheme then here!!!

As you've been advised on numerous occasions, over many years (your first complaint was in 2018), we are unable to provide you cover. Staff have been advised not to correspond with you due to your rude and offensive remarks, including those made on your Twitter account (now suspended, due to a violation of their rules, which is quite some going). In a recent communication you advised "I hope all that read and dont follow up--- contract a virus and die!".
Continually posting negative reviews and abusing staff doesn't change our position. Please stop contacting us.
Easy reimbursement
Had a medical incident on holiday and working with expatriatehealthcare was simple to get reimbursed for the medical expenses. Their system was straightforward to upload documents and phone service personnel helpful when needed clarification on what documents were still required.
