Can you please stop making fancy…

Can you please stop making fancy advertisements and actually do your job on delivery and returns ? I made an order on 24/04. The order was never delivered! So on 10/05 I’ve canceled it and I was told that they will return my money on my bank account in 10 days. Still didn’t happened! Why? Besides, the customer service is not answering the phone, emails and FB messages. Is another fraud scenario or what? On FB they are filtering negative comments so people do not have an access to real experiences of echo their. Horrible!

Worst purchase ever

Worst purchase ever. Please make yourself a favor and purchase what you want in other store or in a second hand place.
1. The seller showed us a price, I finally was charged 120 euros extra. I've just realised it after arrive at home. They didn't refund me nor offer me change the products for others.
2. They said they will deliver it within two days, not only I did not receive what I bought but they still have not sent me any delivery update (of course they did not notify me that they would not deliver the product on time)
3. After called to the shop, and chat three different times (three different days) in the website I still don't get any new delivery date nor any explanation about the extra price.
4. Seems that a ticket was created just after I publish my review (my previous chats were just discarded (?)) . Still no update about the delivery time nor the extra price.

At the end all was fine

I ordered an nice loungeset for my daughters wedding. The whole procedure was going well, except for the payment by creditcard. This was failure at the creditcard side, so not an issue for Exterioo.
A few days later was delivery day. The package came but it was only 1 colli, where is should be 2. The quality of the products received was fine. So I tried to call, but Exterioo could not be reached. A chat session did solve the issue and a very helpful lady was on the chat. She promised me to chase it. In the meantime I also created the complaints form on the website. End of next day I didn't hear so I tried to chat again. A guy was on the chat and he was a very bad experience. He probably never heard of customer satisfaction and I was really angry. He kept saying that someone would react within 14 working days.
As the next day I didn't hear anything I tried to call again. After a few tries the phone was picked up and a very nice man looked into the issue. He informed me that the package was on it's way already. In the evening I received indeed the message from Post@home. It's just delivered and everything is fine. The quality is well and there was no damage. So a satisfied customer at the end.
For Exterioo only the advice to train their staff within customer relations better and also to be reachable by phone.

Damage delivery with no answer from the…

Damage delivery with no answer from the customer service. The set was really bad quality and the customer service give no answer to my emails.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! We asked for an appointment at the Eindhoven store via the live chat and we got 2 times the confirmation via chat that we had an appointment at the store. We get there and we have no appointment. Driving 1 hour for that and in the end we cannot get inside the shop!! What a bad communication between the live chat and the stores! Don’t make people wasting their time! Get proper people on the lines or give better information
