Off Road Tail light guards

When searching for the items purchased, I was told that they would fit a 2026 Ford Bronco Sport. They did not. Now I had to pay the $12 to ship the items back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with ExtremeTerrain regarding your recent order for the RedRock Off Road Tail Light Guards. We were disappointed to hear that they did not fit your 2026 Bronco Sport. We show that these are made to fit 2021-2026 Ford Broncos with LEF Factory Taillights.

When you were entering your vehicle information on our website, did you enter the 2026 Bronco Sport information? When I went to our pages for the Bronco Sport, I do not see that we had tail light guards available for that model at this time. I do apologize for the confusion and the frustration you experienced.

We do show that we received the item back and the refund was issued via store credit as requested when the RMA was set up. We also issued you an additional credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. this credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 6/30/2026.

If you have a questions about specific products we do have a Sales Team and they would be happy to review the items for you and confirm the fitment.

Received my seat covers and the are…

Received my seat covers and the are much nicer than I thought they would be. Only thing difficult about putting them on was getting the pucks all the way between the back and seat of the front seats. Everything else was a breeze. Very happy with then

XT Review

I hate being bombarded with text and emails about products I want. I know what I want and will get it when I’m ready. I also dislike the emails say one thing or promote a sale but when you click on it, it’s not always there. I do like the availability and variety of products. Also like seeing accessories on others vehicles. Other than things mentioned, I don’t have any issues. Will continue to order from XT.

The bumper arrived on time scratched

The bumper arrived on time. It has a 4 inch scratch on it. Very noticeable. I will not be sending back. Repacking and finding someplace to ship it back, no interest in all that. Wish the scratch wasn’t right in front 😢

Do not use

Do not use! I thought this was an expert. Showed a picture of what I wanted under their own gallery was told that was ok. I initially build my package with a lift kit but didn't realized Sales associate Nick took out the lift kit I was sent to Discount tires. I Called and left a msg but never heard back from Nick. Already dealt with the customer service at the beginning about the package no impressed. Now have to find a lift kit and someone that can do it plus was not aware that the tires don’t come with psi sensor. Do your self a favor do not use this company. Unless you want a head ache

Customer Service/Product Failure

I purchased a set of fender flares for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma. The weatherstripping tape appeared to be old and the adhesive would not adhere in certain spots. I called customer service and was told to go to a local after market store, specifically O’Riley’s, and buy some type of glue to apply to the weatherstripping. Unsatisfied with this response I called and spoke to another CSR and was told the weatherstripping is stored in warehouses and exposed to the elements. That if I would take photographs of the problem as proof, it may be a possibility that I could receive another package of tape, but with no guarantee it would be any better than what I was having a problem with. No resolution only customer service failure. Spent $400 on a product that even the customer service representatives could only agree that the product was probably defective. I received a response to this review from Extreme Terrain. In that response it provided a link to edit this review. I have no intention to edit this review, but would add no resolution has been suggested as of this date.

No instructions/directions provided with prouct

It would have been extremely helpful to include instructions with the product. I've gone through every piece of packaging material and there are no written directions. I'm not a fan of taking a laptop out into the driveway or outdoors. Additionally, not having any type of written instructions or directions means that I have no way of inventorying the product parts or hardware to ensure I've received everything. I haven't even started assembling the product, but I'm already irritated enough that I will likely not purchase any more products from you.
