Had a great experience at The eye collective in Wythall. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The service was excellent from start to finish, and they had a huge range of glasses to choose from, with plenty of styles available. I never felt rushed and the team were really helpful in finding the right pair for me. Would definitely recommend.

BAD experience VERY BAD! This would be a 0 score if there was a lower score . I had my usual medical eye test and purched some glasses and I proceeded to request my PD measurement so that I have it for my records, I was rudely refused this data which is against GDPR I have made a formal complaint and this remains unresolved. I was advised i would need to obtain a letter from the hospital to obtain this information which by law I am entitled too. I have paid for this medical examination and its stored data that they are refusing to give me thats mine. I have already purchasd my glasses so giving me the data I require for my hospital is of no loss to them. I WONT be returning for such shocking rude staff. Hailey refused my data and didnt know how to handle my request. I have not actioned a GPDR release by the optical complaints service.
I have now made an appointment with another company who are shocked at this story too.

Extremely disappointed is an understatement
I ordered a pair of £260 reading glasses from The Eye Collective in Stourbridge on 7 March, it’s now 17 March and they can’t tell me when I can expect delivery.
They tell me I can’t cancel the order and they HAVEN’T made any offer of compensation for unacceptable lead times.
