1st I opened the box. There was a very minor defect at glass and frame joint. So I neglected that and started using spectacles. But in only 02 days of usage that defect in glass started increasing and now it is easily notisable from front that it is a defect. This may be due to poor quality of glass used or poor quality of fitting.

now they are not taken return or refund request as I claimed cashback offer. I request them for warranty. for that also they are denying. worst experience ever.

The most unprofessional and inconsiderate with he worst customer service eyewear company ever. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my order.

The products received from the eyemyeye website is a roadside product. Dont waste money by spending money in this website and you dont get 100% cashback from them as it was a questionarie and the time limit to answer will be 10 seconds. It was purely a fraud website and if you attempt to claim cashback, even you dont receive cashback and you are ineligible for return/refund of the product. The order id is EY2811233543946

I have an Order ID EY0111233460025 which I feel is a total fraud from the EyeMYEye Team.
I got the item which is unfit for my eyes and I want to replace it or refund it. so I contacted and got a response from customer care that as I opted for cash back I am not eligible for replacement. I got a cashback of 50 rupees from a 1000 rupees product and they are playing a game asking a question giving 5 seconds to answer and if you fail you are not eligible for 100% cash back. They are saying that it's mentioned in the policy so is the rapid-fire round also mentioned in policy. it's unacceptable.

I want to raise this issue with higher management to stop this kind of fraud from happening to people. Also, I find the same kind of reviews from other customers.

As mentioned by many reviews here, this is a fraudulent company. They offer 100% through voucher via flipkart. When you buy you will lose your money. This a scam. They force you to buy thier products using fake cashback schemes. Whoever is reading this review please be aware and please don't buy anything from them. They are scammers.

Friends don't buy sunglasses in this company it's fake ... They charge more amount in delivery.. They won't take return also... Don't buy..

Never go for this. They will send incorrect order and will not accept refund or replacement. The 100 percent cashback is a scam. You will never get any. Don't go for YouTube paid reviews.

My Order Id is - EY2910233439500, i received the Sunglass and after week it broken, i contacted the customer care and the reply is very pathetic, Don't buy anything from this cheating company.Very bad quality product.

Fraud company, need to complain

They will show great offer but will not deliver orders. They will cancel orders and the customer care is very rude. Will tell to replace the order at double prices. So offers are just for show.

I would have given zero stars if it is allowed. The cashback scheme is simply fraud. they send defective product. ask you to claim 5% cashback and 95% later. The 95% question is very hard and only give 5 seconds to answer and this instruction is also not displayed. They say that they do not refund/replace or exchange the product but the product delivered after 7 days. So they have made clear method to fraud everyone. So don't enter into this fraud as this will only make you waste your money. The quality of the product is road side cheap products.

100% cashback fraud. No where is terms and conditions and refund policy it is mentioned you can return product after playing game of cashback. Then also not returning my product. I found it happened with too many consumer. I recommend you all guys register your complain through NCH app to government against them. I m also registering complain and will taken action after that by moving to court. And for sure will try to help you all guys as well.

Fraud site the quality of the product is very cheap moreover they offer amazon pay gift card worth rupees 400 which is infact a game plan with innocent customer.while claiming this voucher they ask you a question and give 5 second only to ans means within 5 second you have to read and answer the queation and quit obvious that kost of the customers fail to revert in 5 seconds and a popup show "oops you have missed the opportunity" and it is mentioned on there app that 10 days easy return policy but when we approach them for return they refuse . so overall it is a scam

THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME USING THEIR cashback promotion, dont buy anything

I ordered one pair of eye glasses from which the zero power one was ok but the powered glasses were so bad that it got broken in just 3-4 days and that was really a huge disappointment. At first it was a good company however they were still selling between cheap to medium quality eyeglasses but were still reasonable at price point but now they are so fraudulent and especially misleading that they tell you will get 1000 rupees off to 50% off plus one pair of eyeglasses free with buying one pair of eyeglasses but actually when you go and check during check out you get to know that's only limited to their 4th class quality in-house brands and not to all brands. Even with their in-house brands (which cannot be said as A Brand) this offer is limited to only single vision lenses not on bifocal or progressive lenses. So why such a fabrication of such lucrative deals which are actually a trap to make you buy low quality cheap single vision lenses eyeglasses of their 4th class quality in-house brands. It's a huge waste of time for customers plus this is indeed very misleading. So, Now we can officially say that eyemyeye has finally become a trickster and misleading online platform to buy even cheap glasses (as they don't have even good to premium quality eyeglasses) that to at a higher cost than it's competitors.
