I was searching for eyeglasses online in india then i came across eyemyeye website.
It read 100 percent cashback. Then when i placed the order and paid and clicked to claim cashback there was some question about nilgiri mountain and i had 10 secs to answer it. I didnt knew the answer and then they said you can't claim any cashback and there was no option to cancel return or exchange your order because i clicked on claim cashback. I kind of feel cheated. I don't think ki idea of this game is bad but you should tell the consumer upfront instead of just telling 100 percent cashback. You should tell that you have a chance to win 100 percent cashback if you answer a question in 10 secs then only consumer will be able to take informed decision and some might choose to play. But fooling the people in this manner into buying from your site gets you in wrong mindset of a consumer. what will happen is even if you give good eyeglasses which are actually worth what customer paid you'll get wrong mouthed by customer and lose your trust as a company.

It’s to hereby inform you that I cancelled an order on 26 September and n till now no information is updated regarding the refund of same. It was told by your company that the refund would be credited within 55 to 10 days but it is not been credited and 10 days have been over. I mailed you earlier also but no response from your side.

 It’s a re to the mail that you’re not responding after sending the last mail and  no proper information is provided by your side on the refund status…

Please provide the correct information regarding refund else I’m eligible to take a legal action against you as  you guys are scamming people….

They are scammers ....They never delivered the ordered product ...thre are hundreds of complints on internet against them ...they know people dont have time to approach consumer court...thanks to Online consumer complaint at least i have started legal process

This is a very unprofessional brand, earning money by misleading customers and selling poor quality products.I have lodged a complaint against this brand in National consumer forum and I insist you all to do the same.

The specs is ok but highly disappointed with the service and the offer.I was told that 100% cashback in the form of Amazon or Flipkart vouchers. But when tried to claim it..there was a quiz game with 7 secs , before reading the question, time out and it came claim unsuccessful.. this was not intimated early. Such a tricky game. Not at all satisfied

They are scam, they will say free glasses and charge you Rs.374 for shipping and when you receive the glasses which will be not even close to road side quality and you can't ask for Rs. 374 refund as the amount was shipping charges.

I ordered two eyeglasses from Eyemyeye.com on 02/09/2023, with a 7-day return policy. They offered 100% cashback for answering questions, but the terms said no returns after claiming. I didn't get cashback due to a 10-second General Knowledge question. Later, the frames were low quality, but they refused a return because of the cashback attempt. The terms weren't clear on the time limit or question type, leaving me feeling cheated. Customer service wouldn't help, and I found others on Twitter facing the same issue.

Bought 2 glasses. Plastic frame started shading colour coating and then within 6 months broke and the metal frame as well started shading it's metallic coat and now it looks like acid rained glasses. Worthless and if you complaint they will say but another one

Very poor quality frames. The team is utterly non responsive. Please buy with lenskart, you can ignore eyemyeye completely if you want a good experience.

I ordered eye glasses from them in july and they were of horrible quality. Everything looked zoomed and less clear. I waited some days thinking it is only due to new glasses but the problem increased and i contacted their customer care. They shamelessly refused saying that 7 days have passed. I told that it takes time to adjust to new lenses so i delayed contacting them. They first agreed to replace but asked my to visit doctor again and find the problem. I visited again and the glasses were not cut properly and their centre was wrong.

After informing them, they shamelessly refused again and all my money is wasted. The glasses were expensive as they said these are of higher quality. But stay away from them. Everything from glasses to frame screams cheap.

Chor company 1 week ho gaya hai, gPay kia tha and order COD bata raha hai and also Complaint ke baad bhi kuch response nai aa raha 1 week ho gaya hai,

Utterly useless company with terrible business practices. The product was delivered a week later than it was promised and it was of extremely poor quality. It broke within 2 weeks of purchase after little use. On raising a complaint, I was told that there is no option for recompense.
Extremely disappointed.

Glasses broke when simply taking out from box. Unbelievably worst quality glasses. Never buy from eyemyeye just because they are cheaper than other online spectacle retailers. Rs 1500 went into drain.

Wish i could give 0 stars, first they offer you a amazon voucher on every purchase , but when the time comes to deliver on the promise , they are just delaying it since a month , people are thrashing them on twitter , still they don't care, they don't care to reply to your emails, product quality is also worst, never encountered a company more fraud than this one.

Did not give the Amazon Voucher for 4 orders, making excuses, not replying to emails, sent wrong eye glasses 2 times, replacement tales 1 month

My frame is rough within 6 months after it's purchase. Co. is not exchange or refund the product as per guarantee. Also they not provide the email id of Sh. Ganesh Iyer, CEO of company for further action. Sushil 9999358837.
